PoliticsRe: You’re Not The National Leader Of Our Party – Buhari Tells Tinubu by Twistaray(m): 11:08pm On Jun 05, 2016
YOLO1:
According to THEWILL, President Muhammadu Buhari pointedly told a former Governor of Lagos state, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu that he is not the National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, as the latter is widely upheld.

The online platform gathered that Buhari made this clarification last Monday while hosting APC chieftains and members of the National Assembly to a dinner where the Senate President, Bukola Saraki in observing protocol during a remark addressed the former Lagos governor as the National Leader of APC

A Senator who was at the event confided with our correspondence that “Buhari, who spoke shortly after Saraki, said; ‘Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, even though the Senate President addressed you as the National Leader of APC, you are not the national leader of the party. You are one of the national leaders of the APC.’”

The source continued that; “when Buhari told Tinubu that he was not ‘the national leader of the APC’ several APC members from the South-West roared in protest… but the President didn’t care… He was blunt and firm in his address.”

In the build up to the 2015 general elections, owing to what political analysts believe is the role Tinubu played in the formation of the party, the former governor was being addressed as the National Leader of the APC.

He however retained the title after the election to the dissatisfaction of some bigwigs in the ruling party.
Divide and rule.

Personally if you ask me, if you remove Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba from the leadership of this country, and let Igbos lead for only 10yrs, you will see Nigerian Malaysia. There is a reason why western powers have refused to let Igbos lead this country... you will witnessed another Japan in Africa! See below

"Igbos are wandering Jews of West Africa - gifted, aggressive, westernized, and at best, envied and resented, but mostly despised by their neighbors in the Federation---" (a White House Memo on Biafra January 28, 1969 to President Nixon by Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger) (Source : U.S Foreign Relations Documents Volume 5 , 1969)

Dr. Thomas Sowell, renowned American philosopher in one of his books recognized highly gifted races/ethnicities across the world: The Jews, Germans, Japanese, Chinese and Igbos.

Lagos, 6 other states control 90% of cash transactions in Nigeria – CBN

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has said that Lagos and six other states control about 90 per cent of cash transactions in the country. The other states are Rivers, Anambra, Abia, Kano, Ogun and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/05/lagos-6-other-states-control-90-of-cash-transactions-in-nigeria-cbn/
And so what?

I thought this quote from..would do justice to that :

Igbos are mainly traders that buy and sell on a daily basis, when they sell they deposit and when they want to buy they withdraw. The circle keeps repeating on a daily basis, my friend that is not a measure of development or wealth.

If I withdraw N5000 from Bank and bought a shoe for N4500 which I later sold for N5000 and deposited it back to the bank the same day, financial transaction for that day is recorded as N10,000 but I truly don't have that amount in reality. Imagine repeating the same thing on a daily basis and tell me what my financial transaction will be for a week not to talk of a month.

You just reason, how will anambra's financial transactions be higher than Lagos, port-harcourt, kano, Ibadan, ogun or Kaduna. These are the states with the highest GDP contributions in Nigeria. If anambra is that wealth Igbos won't be rushing down to Lagos and other South Western States on a daily basis.

And what have you to say about these.. :

Lagos State accounted for the largest share of active voice subscribers with 19.04 million or 12.8% of the total, followed by Ogun State with 8.53 million subscribers or 5.7%, Kano State with 7.81 million or 5.25%, Oyo State with 7.53 million subscribers or 5.06% of the total, then FCT and Rivers State with 6.03 million (4.05%) and 5.84 million (3.93%) respectively. It is observed that four of the top five States (Lagos, Ogun, Oyo and Kaduna) with respect to active voice subscriptions had total subscribers in excess of their official population number as provided by the Nigerian Population Commission as shown in table 3 except for Kano and Rivers whose official population figures exceeded the number of active voice subscribers at the end of q1 2016.

Table 1 also shows that Lagos was the dominant market for all of the active voice telecom companies accounting for 10.05% of MTN total voice subscribers (followed by Ogun, Kaduna and Rivers in that order); 10.03% for Glo (followed by Oyo, Niger, Ogun and FCT in that order); 16.0% for Airtel (followed by Ogun, Kano and Oyo); and 19.1% of Etisalat voice subscribers (followed by Ogun, Kaduna and Rivers in that order

And beside you stats above was last conducted in 2015, mine is 2016 grin bro.

Ibadan is 95% slum city
What do you expect, considering the size of ib to that of anambra, lagos?

Ib is too BIG /large not to have more slum than lagos and the rest respectively, but that being said doesn't mean it's not better than the rest in terms of infrastructures.

Links below :

IBADAN

Ibadan is the capital city of Oyo State and the third largest metropolitan area, by population in Nigeria, In 2006 population census the city had up to 1,338,659 has the total population after Lagos and Kano, But as of recent report the city has a population of over 3 million, popular estimation states Ibadan has 3,500,000 as of 2016 Ibadan is also the largest metropolitan geographical area. At Nigerian independence, Ibadan was the largest and most populous city in the country and the third in Africa after Cairo and Johannesburg. Our 2016 estimates puts the city's population at 4,000,000

But here, you almighty Onitsha grin

https://www.nairaland.com/3102772/world-health-organization-ranks-onitsha
HealthRe: Onitsha Ranked As The Most Polluted City In The World By WHO by Twistaray(m): 12:46pm On May 14, 2016
Kennydoc:
I hope learning isn't difficult for you, sincerely.
The list talked about most polluted cities in the world. They only measured air pollution and rated the cities accordingly, so you cannot extrapolate it by yourself to mean dirtiness. Most of the cities listed there aren't necessarily dirty, but they have the highest concentrations of particulate matter in the air most of which are released by exhaust fumes of vehicles, generators, industries, even dust from roads.

Onitsha is the gateway to the south east, apart from being the largest commercial city in the south east. It has very heavy vehicular traffic when you consider it's size compared to any other city in Nigeria. What I mean is that because of the very small size of Onitsha, and the fact that more than 50% of all vehicles entering and exiting the south east pass through the town, it has the highest vehicular density in Nigeria. That's the reason why the particulate matter in the air is so high, compared to Lagos. The study only measured the particulate matter in the air in the different cities studied.
Even if Onitsha is dirty, the study didn't rate the town as the dirtiest in the world.

There is a whole lot of difference between air pollution and dirtiness. Beijing has always been known to be one of the most polluted cities in the world cos of the concentration of particles in the air. Even the atmosphere in Beijing often looks hazy in the daytime cos of the high concentration of fumes in the air, but Beijing isn't a dirty city. It's the capital of China and is better organized and neater than even Abuja.
Is Onitsha technologically, infrastruturally et Al developed as Beijing?
The answer is no.
Now, taking into context each analysis of each rated country or state you would observe that onitasha was specifically described as unfriendly, chaotic and disorder environment and state unlike Beijing.
Each state/country (from the Op) as it own explanatory and detailed info as per what contributes to each " Pollution and if you read properly and patiently this time you will observe that that of Onitsha wasn't pointed to large industries or business activities hence the research used words such as " wastages, chaotic, dusty and unplanned environment.

I hope you understand better now grin
