Don't be discouraged because of my opinion or consensus here. It may as well serve you more than us. I believe you cam easily access Skyrun here in Nigeria, unlike Ecoflow, which I think it is a plus.

Yea, I said that in past posts...looks can be deceiving. And it is fcking heavy too.

We talked about Skyrun on this thread if you read it chapter by chapter.

The reason many are hesitant about the Skyrun power station is because of experience with their other electronics. Also, no accessible reviews from other users. Another is that it is just a 1-year warranty, unlike Ecoflow, which is 5.

I think you will be the first to use that Skyrun on this thread. I may be wrong.

I just got the skyrun 2000W Power Station. My first usage isn't bad after a full charge. So far I've used about 9hrs on 50' Samsung TV, dstv and standing fan and it's still on. Will test it with home theatre system tomorrow after full charge to see how long it lasts also.

Would have gone for the ECOFLOW due to the positive reviews, this was an after thought. But so far, the skyrun isn't bad.

What causes such in that picture is often wrong connection. And solar panels catching fire is really rare.

So now I have changed the AC to 50hz
Carried it to my grandparents house and this thing is charging normal with their nepa light, I don even increase the input watts to 800 to let it charge fast.
I also noticed something, one side of the fan is blowing hot while the second is cool
This thing got full in less than 2hrs pls is it normal.

I use the Delta 2. When you increase the charging speed, the fans will come on fully...with one side all blowing (let's say left) and the other side of the unit being normal. I don't think there is anything wrong. The higher the charging speed, the faster the fan will work to help cool the unit.

Getting full in less than 2 hours is normal. In fact, Delta 2 full AC charging speed is 1200W, and it will be full in 56 mins. Just prioritise battery health. I only use the fast charge in emergency when I am sure that light may not be that available for the day again.

Charged it with my gen and it worked
Instead of 50hz it was 60hz mine was bringing
Fan was working
Input was from 99-102
Setting for input from my phone was 100watts
The gen I used is firman sumec 6kva
It charged from 0-2 in under 30mins

That's a relief. Keep experimenting. I said 50hz because that is what we use here in Nigeria...while the US uses 60hz. You can set the charging rate to balance so it can charge faster as well as keep a healthy battery.

It must be set to 50hz. That is why it is bringing out overload, in my opinion.

Try this: the AC button, hold it for 10 seconds. Release the button when you see 50hz.

Also, what is your Ecoflow model? I missed that.

So far you use it with stabilizer, there is nothing you should be afraid of. If the light is too much, the stabilizer will not even allow it through.

Use a stabilizer. Also, ensure you set the charging speed, and whatever you set it to must not be more than the stabilizer capacity. Best you set it to half of it. Always use a stabilizer before PHCN with its dirty power damage your device.

YOu will have to put it ON, and if that error code is still there, reset the BMS by holding the power button for a few seconds before you do anything again.

Okay, I just tried mine with a generator after servicing it. It worked when I plugged it directly into the socket. It did not work with a stabilizer at all. And the charging speed I set it to was 500W. Generator is rated 2.5KVA.

That's a huge figure in add-ups...

Be patient till light comes. You can use generator, but it has some learning curves to it because some of our petrol gen are not sine wave. So, be patient for the first charge.

As for generator, I stand to be corrected. You may need to reduce the charging speed in the Ecoflow app for it to work and most likely use it with a stabilizer. Something of that nature. You can google it.
