You need to prove strong ties to return home after your visit.
So having no job can make you look a big risk of overstaying.
But it all depends on your finances and personal details.
The only way to find out for sure is to apply and see the answer.

Please note that NYSC means nothing outside of Nigeria, visa officer is not interested in it.

But in the interest of giving the benefit of doubt :-

What's your long term plan in going to Australia?

A)To study and come back to Nigeria - you're good to go
B)To get PR through the points based skilled migration - have you checked that supply chain & logistics or related skills are listed on SOL/CSOL? If yes, you're good to go. If no, that's where your research begins. (Details, including links, have been posted before)

As for the rest of your questions. You'll have to find a School by yourself, you can't escape the work/research you'll need to do to help yourself. Google is your friend. The recommendation you'll get here(which you should already be aware of, how to go about it and why - if you really read the thread) is to ensure you pick SVP & perhaps a regional School.

Again, if you read the thread, names of several Schools have been mentioned here. All you'll have to do is to look them up. Some people have also posted how much their tuition is for their programs which gives you an idea of cost(Australian Schools ain't cheap).

The School and Course you pick will show you the requirements they need in terms of English test(and minimum scores), cost, resumption time and documents.

U can start ur search via daad.de go to the information for foreigners section nd filter ur search u will get all the schools dt offer the course ure looking for with their requirements alongside these other questions u asked.
Btw everything u asked has been answered a dozen times in the thread, most of us started by reading from the very beginning which really payed off cos u get a lot of info then ask questions on things they r not clear with nd as a matter of fact some ppl just cme codedly nd just read to get info, jot em down and follow thru till they achieve their aim then unghost themselves to share their testimonies. under the united states immigration act, School is supposedly an home tie. But then that doesn't guarantee you visa issuance.
Thing is,
1. Pray to be interviewed by one who's in "the mood".
2. Pay attention to the DS160 form and fill I'm the truth and nothing less.
3. On the day of the interview dress well, keep calm and maintain order.
4. Maintain eye contact during the interview and try not to grope for thoughts( as this may be mistaken for lies). Be audible and make sure your responses matches those of the DS160

5. Pray, pray,pray,pray,pray and pray some more.
