Me ehn I've almost died and as DH no dey house, I kukuma carry my load go my MIL place....coman see enjoyment hot tea...hot Amala with ewedu elemi meje ...hot bath ...cold milo in the afternoon.... etc. Na so I carry phone call DH say I no dey come house again. The guy just gave me the EVIL voice....laugh wan kill me

I'm still there sha....eating the life of my head....feeling fly with my self...... until my oga comes to ship me off.....aye ma nika o

Good Morning TYconcepts,

I'm really holding myself back not to give you a bad review... I've called you over a thousand times, sent you lots of text messages and yet no reply you don't even return my missed calls. Left for me, I'll say you're avoiding my calls after you sold me a whack Jiayu s3 phone. I'm really not happy with the services you rendered to me this time.

I received the phone (Jiayu S3) about a week ago and for two days i couldn't use the phone because the imei number was tampered with. After i restored factory setting on the phone, I became able to use it. After about four days, the phone just turned off and since then, it couldn't turn on. I've tried everything i know how to do but my efforts were all futile and i got the phone for over N45,000. Ask yourself this, if you got a phone for that amount of money and it turns out faulty how will you feel about the person you got it from.
Coupled with all these, i also paid for extra battery and pouch but i didn't receive them and I'm yet to get the refund after you asked me to send my account details and i sent it like three time. The total money i paid to you was N52,000 and how I'm having a phone that doesn't work when i got the phone just about a week ago. I really regret doing this business with you... If I've regretted any of my actions this year, its buying this phone from you. I've done all I can to have this issue resolved amicably but your continuous silence to my plight is driving me nuts.

The best thing to do now is to send the phone back to the supplier and get it replaced as the warranty still covers the device. The sooner the better. I've packaged the phone just the way i received it and its ready to be dispatched to the location you request..

Pls you are not to massage immunization site. Just give pcm for pain relief. You may tie ice block in a cloth and dab the site, not advisable to put ice directly on baby's skin. All the best

@tyconcepts, when did u gv d imm? Leave d swollen part of d leg alone, as in DO NOTHING. It ll go down wt tym, might tk long tho. U can just gv s pcm for just 24hrs for d pain. Pet him a lot and continue putting to breast. He ll b fyn. My son had it too and it took weeks before d swelling went down. So try to relax and remove ur mind from it.

Hi. congrats on your new born. The reason why it wasn't emphasized on your first visit was cos your baby was only given BCG, Hepatitis B vaccine and Oral Polio Vaccine so those ones were less painful. But this six weeks visit, Penta was given together with OPV too. Penta injection contains five different vaccines hence the name 'penta'- five. These include, tetanus toxoid, diphtheria, pertusis, hemophilius influenza and hepatitis B. So you can imagine giving your baby five vaccines at once. If you can remember vividly how painful the TT injection was when you took it while pregnant. Generally we advice we give the baby PCM syrup BEFORE the injection not after as the pain immediate. No worries, while going for your 10 and 16 weeks visit you can give her the PCM as the second and third doses of Penta will be given again. Hope this helps.

Placing ice on the swollen spot help my baby a lot. I did not massage it with it though, cos the nurses told me not to in order to avoid further swelling. I just place it on it and remove it after a few seconds. He will cry whenever I place the ice at first but I kept applying it and within 24 hours it went down.

Never heard that & did they inject in a way to cause abcess or what? Icing a baby's tender skin will only provide temporal relief gan, so jusy watch him first..

Same here, just try and breastfeed and cuddle him to sleep. He may not sleep much dou. Am still battling with my DD's own.

Tyconcepts, use the pcm only if he runs temperature. My son never used to run temp buh my daughter's first immunization, she did.

Pcm can be 6hourly or 3ice daily depending on how high the fever is.

Why do you want to give him paracetamol?
If he's not running temperature, pls leave him.
I can rmber when I went to gv my oda Dota immunization sometym ago, the nurses advice us not to give that paracetamol before or after the immunization, unless ur baby is running temperature.
Me I don't give shaa cos my kids no dey run temperature after immunization.

A 2015 cumulative report from Niger State government has stated that a total number of 177,988 people were counseled and tested for HIV/AIDS out of which 19,396 were found positive.

To mark the World AIDS Day, the permanent secretary, State Ministry of Health, Dr Ibrahim Tiffin, speaking to journalists at a news conference yesterday in Minna said 15,444 people are currently on antiretroviral therapy, ART treatment in Niger State to date.

According to him, the prevalence of HIV in Niger State has decreased from 4.0 per cent to 1.7 per cent, which is below the national average of 3.0 per cent and lowest in north central zone.


Tiffin noted that continuous supply of test kits and commodities to 310 existing prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV/AIDS have been sustained as pregnant women who attend antenatal care are often counseled and tested.

The statistic, he said was based on 2014 Zero ANC prevalence survey.

He also added that the state agencies for the control of AIDS have been repositioned for better service delivery.

The permanent secretary also stated that the state has developed state HIV operational plan from 2015 to 2016 while scaled up plan for elimination of mother to child transmission of the disease has been developed through activation of 36 primary health care facilities in the state.
