Michael390:
I just realized it is an emu

The pictures uploaded by the op is an ostrich, not emu.

sexyto:
It was too low to the ground, had to work on my exhaust too frequently and sometimes if I increased its fluid I will have to visit the mechanic to help flush it, the rear will be too high.

The Benz 190E I know is not as low as you have described it. Except that yours got altered already from the previous owner. Your driving pattern may also have contributed to the frequent exhaust pipe breakage.

What is/was the RIM size on the Benz 190E?

sexyto:
check your suspensions, they may be automatic,i had it in my Benz 190e, but later had to disconnect it for manual.
Rear suspensions.

Why did you have to alter the factory settings?

There is a reason the manufacturers built it to have that feature.

drakeskull:
I was even talking about the fact that other RWD cars that I've used don't exhibit such. Had an old E90 and E60 that doesn't do that. It occurs when the gear is engaged, the car lowers 4 inches like its resting all its weight on the rear wheels before throttling then lifts up when in P or N.

Probably you weren't too observant with your older E90 and E60. Like Kingreign already explained, it is normal with RWD vehicles.

nkemdi89:
It is an unfortunate time for most of them that travelled with tourists Visa, because their aim was to go there and start working, but everywhere is on shut down, they have to come back to avoid overstay because even Visa extension wasn't made possible.

You are right, bad timing for them. They will pull through eventually after the covid-19 pandemic clears up.

My concern is that these returnees should practice the self isolation seriously. We don't need a spike in the daily reported figures of confirmed covid-19 cases.

PinkHealthGroup:
It is wrong period. Adult or minir... nobody should be subjected to the sexual whims of a man. Her job was to be the maid not a sex thing. Nigeria is unsafe for girls

You are on point.

Tadeknkeepcalm:
Max, so you too are on nairaland?
No need to change clear it. Na wetin I dey use recognize you be that.

Lol.

emmaodet:
Not quite different from selling in the market or at expensive time.
Will rather advise you to do the contract farming and sign MOU with a milling factory to mill it for you while you sell than to saddle yourself with the stress of owning a mill.

Do you mind to share some more details of the MoU? The information will come handy for some of us who may want to go into contract farming in the future.

How do you ensure that the farmers do not steal (ground seeds, chemicals, fertilizer etc) from you during the planting season right up to the harvest time?

What will the farmers gain at the end? Do you pay them? If yes, at what intervals and how much?

Do you plans put in place to transport your produce during harvest to the processing center?

Do you plan to visit the farms during the planting season?

emmaodet:
Bro, pls don't look at the yield rate alone or the pros that attracted you, please look at the cons too.
GMO is really destroying a lot of farmers in india and if am right some part of east africa.
Then health wise, it causes cancer etc
Am really scared of that seed bro

Good thinking.

Unfortunately so many persons are only after profit without minding the health implications to the society.

I only blame our institutions for not regulating the market.

The PMB government is more of dictatorship....

tot:
Hmm. A valid question as well is whether the president's best is also good enough, considering the state of several sectors of the country: Health, Education, Economy, Security.

You raised a valid point.

What a pity that we stuck with PMB for now....

kulrunsman79:
Buhari is the biggest political mistake ever made in Nigeria.

True....

Poloyanabo2:
Can buhari ever do anything right?

The answer is crystal clear....

How old are the cubs?

If they go ahead to debit your account, you can sue them.

Good one that you brought these to the public.

Cuppycakes:
Good evening house, I have been following this thread for a while now..

I have decided to go into storage but due to lockdown, my dealer couldn't reach my supplier somewhere in Osun..

We just got the money across to produce more than 60 kegs for storage at 7k each ..

But we got a call today saying oil is now 9k and hence he can't produce for us again..

What do the house feel? I can't buy at such amount for storage and I can't buy for immediate sales as I have nothing put in place for such sales at the moment..

Any advise?

Please I would love the contribution of everyone on this, I really want to go into thi# business full time as time progresses..

Help a sister...

Thanks

You received the money from your client and shortly afterwards, you received information that the price per keg is higher than what you had earlier informed your client;

Inform your client about the new development and let him decide on how to proceed. Is he willing to add more money? If no, kindly refund his money.

Is the COAS still in Borno state?

I am yet to see any impact of his visit to the state that is hard hit by BH.

We should invite the Chadian Army instead.....

The presidency had gone to the gutters.....

Lol. The good old days....

Life used to be more fun back in the days.

OP, you would have simply said you want to sell you motor not car so you can attract the right crowd.

As you claim not to be among the 'right crowd', why did you click on this thread when the title indicated the price (400k) of the car?

You have no interest in this car, why not simply unclick the thread and move on? It was unnecessary to spew thrash....

@ Op,

Happy sales.

brandon180:
I need to buy a new generator budget 90-100k
Preferably 2.8kva or more, key start.
Someone recommended firman 3000
Is that a good choice, and if it is where can I get an original one in calabar.

I'm also looking at getting a fridge/freezer(2 in 1)
Budget 80-90k
Which brand would you suggest..
And where can I get it?

As I reside in calabar.
Tanx.

Why not save up more money and go solar?

It is cheaper in the long run and a clean source of energy.

Look up the following thread,

https://www.nairaland.com/5891675/solar-power-average-middle-class

You may become motivated to go solar.

thesicilian:
Nice one.

If you have to go to the bathroom, carry your drink along, never return to continue an opened drinks.

Trust nobody

The words in bold sums it up.

ValCon888:
One sentence.
Sex is a universal currency that's understood by all men

Not true @ the words in bold.

They are women who engage men for sexual services too.

It is safe to say that, 'Sex is a universal currency that is understood by all'.

There is insecurity in Nigeria.

They should have emphasized on the rising cases of insecurity in Nigeria rather than on the North alone.

So should I carry gun and rob a bank ? I am only doing what i can afford with my resources. No shame in that.

If your school schedule permits, you can roast groundnuts, package the nuts in see through bottles and sell them within your school environment if you are in the hostel or around your neighborhood.

Nice looking Peugeot 505.

tobi2000:
hmm

What's the reason for putting it up for sale?

Does it have issues?

adecamp:
why selling off so fast, didn't meet your expectations?

Good question.

Focusmind:
That was the strategy I used. The openings of my sliding is bigger than the normal 4x4 casement.

I also like your idea of the smaller the house the better. My uncle built a massive 8 room duplex at the peak of his career in mid 90s.

The children are all grown and are living on their own. Maintaining that house now is a big problem

When one talks in the main living room downstairs, it echoes because of size with practically nobody living there except my uncle, his wife and a maid.

I am a core minimalist and not a fan of big mansion. I had to remodelled my house to create a mini 2 bedroom duplex for rent from the original main building.

There is no need occupying a massive house when the children are all gone to their respective houses and destinations

Your Uncle should sell the house or put it on rent. He should get a smaller one....
