Crime › Re: Warning About Writing Dates On Documents In 2020 by uboma(m): 6:19am On Dec 28, 2019
hooha:
Good morning,

While writing a date on any document in the upcoming year 2020, we should write it in its full format, e.g. 31/01/2020 and not as 31/01/20., bcoz anyone can change it to 31/01/2000 or 31/01/2019 or in between any year to suit his convenience. That can render the document invalid.

So be cautious about this. Don't write and also don't accept it in any documents.

This problem will persist only during the year 2020.
So you mean to say that all the people that wrote 30/01/19 this year were changed to 30/01/1999 or 30/01/1977 which rendered the printed document invalid.

Take it easy dude!

I mean no harm. In the past, we have had members scam others all in the name of buying bags of Onions and kegs of Palm oil for them.

Take your time to build up your profile here before venturing into this kind of business.

I have put my opinion forward. You do agree with my opinion, put forward yours and leave it at that. There is absolutely no need to insult me simply because you do not agree with my opinion. Shows your lack of manners and home training.
NYSC › Re: Youth Corp Member Serving In Katsina State Feed Almajiri Children by uboma(m): 1:11am On Dec 27, 2019
Majority of the almajiris you find in the North do actually have their parents still alive. These parents have however failed to cater for them. It is part of the culture to have the almajiris system in place.

But how long will the corp member keep feeding them? Instead of catching fishes for them, why not engage one or two in a vocational training center, empower him with the skills to fend for himself.

So until it is NGN1million before he should collect it?
Women if not all, at least a great number, are good with saving money than men. They are more prudent with spendings. My mom was a good example.

Leaving 1k for her should not be a big deal. He should learn to leave some of his monies with his wife. After sometime, he can ask for a small loan to see if she has been saving the monies afterall.

Does the wife work and earn her own money? If no, she will have need for money from time to time (not all the time she want to ask her hubby for money to buy certain personal stuff like toiletries or lingerie etc)
