That wasn't necessary.

On the part he said that former NDDC directors went there just to accumulate money for Election, I can only laugh.
Akpabio and Apc are beneficiaries to that - the Apc candidate of the last Election in Akpabio's state Mr. Nsima Ekere used nddc funds for his elections and still failed woefully.
This shows that Akpabio is basically implicating himself.
