Dear OP, he never declared himself to the police, when he ran away and pop out in a bush along Afikpo-Abakaliki route, he stopped a taxi and asked the driver the way to Cross river state, the Driver promised to drop him at Abaomege Junction so that he can enter another taxi to Cross driver (as his intentions was to cross ro Cameroun from there).

Due to his apprehensive nature the driver started suspecting him to be a Criminal.
When they got to Akpoha checkpoint, police stoppped them and ask the driver to open his booth, when they got to the booth the driver whispered to the Police that the person he is carrying seems to be a criminal that he has been fidgeting since.
So the police people now went and started questioning Dimka, due to the fact that he doesnt know his way around he could not defend his movement properly. They now arrested him.
It was when they got to Station that they found out that its Dimka, so when the taxi man came and said he is the one that found Dimka so that he will claim the bounty on Dimka , Dimka said its not true that it is the Policemen out of anger. He cursed the man that he will forever be wretched and poor, that instead of reporting him to the Police that he would have given him the money personally if he has opened up to him why they were driving.

Based on his pronouncement the money was given to the Policemen.

Ogoh Johns integrity can never be questioned, I beleieve other members of the forum can testify that. I think these accusations are being overblown.
I met him online through this forum, sent money to him online, he bought it and delivered them twice to me in Abakaliki. He has even slept in my house twice.
I think there are better ways to handle things than this outright show of shame that will further dampen the spirit of oneness people have here.

Please sort yourselve with him, may be theres a communication gap somewhere. Had it been the business went well, you would have quietly taken custody of the materials without shouting hossanna to his name in the forum.
