Wow, that's pretty interesting. This is the first time I've heard of it. I once tried to write my own book, but it didn't work out. Right now, I'm just reading stories on my new e-book, which I've chosen very carefully. After spending a lot of time reading reviews and watching videos on YouTube, I came across pickmyreader.com and I decided to order it. At 3.4 mm thick, this is Amazon's smallest e-reader, but don't let the size fool you. It's also so light, at just 4.6 ounces that you might as well be holding a piece of paper in your hands, perfect for those long reading sessions. I can recommend this particular book for you to use.
ok I will check it out

Someone called me yesterday, Uche a UK based client (a Nigerian) wants me to run Facebook ad for her kiddies fashion online store.

She wants to spend 2 dollars per day ad budget.

I told him to repeat himself again in case I did not hear him well.

He repeated the same thing, I asked him which country will he be targeting.

He replied UK

I was WTF, dude that budget will not work in Nigeria let alone UK.

Why did you accept the job in the first place I asked, she promise to introduce people to me if I get her results (sales) but I told her the budget is too low but I want to try to know what I can do, Uche can you help out.

I told him dude there is nothing I can do for you with that budget it is too low.

How can you guys try to compete with people who spend up to 1k dollars per day running ads with just 2 dollars.

Guy turn it down that is a trap.

I think she is an executive member of SWAN (UK branch) them no de like spend money.

No matter how desperate you are to get clients reject such jobs because you will end up frustrated, stressed and worn out without achieving any result.

Your client budget is as important as the offer (product or service) you are trying to market.

Enroll in Amazon Kindle publishing academy it will cost you only 40k and you will start earning without running ads by publishing books on Amazon.

Proof of earning below: 1: is my mentor's December earning.
2nd and 3rd are my earnings I started second week of December.

BusinessRe: What Business Can I Start With 1 Million Naira?? by Ucheosefoh(m):
Learn profitable skills online like digital marketing, affiliate marketing, Amazon kindle publishing and software development.

One million is more than enough to start any of these online business and start earning big.

If you have a working laptop, modem or router you may not even spend up to 200k before you start earning big.

You can try real estate agency business, rent an office, create a website and blog, run ads, hire a staff all for less than 500k.

Below are proofs
1: My mentor's December earning on Amazon Kindle publishing
2: My earning, I started second week of December
3: My earnings too
4: My Facebook ad result

I see the positive side of it because I'm a digital marketer.

Adding a WhatsApp placement on the ad manager will be an added advantage to Facebook marketers.

You can't be afraid of data when you use Facebook and Instagram own by the parent company of WhatsApp na the same data you gave them just that Facebook decide to make use of over 1 billion people asset.

If you are Mark will you ignore making money from your assets?
If you feel comfortable seeing ads on gmail you have no reason to complain if you start seeing ads on WhatsApp.

If you miss out on Bitcoin, Ethereum and others when they are affordable you can't afford to miss Polkadot coin.

It was launched in May 2020 and it's already heading to $10.

From indication it is one of the best performing coin at the moment so you can't afford to miss out of the Cryptocurrencies revolution going on at the moment.

Bring sanity and control to your Telegram group even when you are not online to regulate what people post in your group most especially spammers who post links like people wey de run mad.

This is a bot I integrated to a client's telegram group, the bot kick or ban and delete spam messages immediately anybody post spam message with links.

Telegram group is better than WhatsApp group for organizing training online because it has bots that can help you regulate what people post in your group and it can contain up to 200k people unlike WhatsApp 250 people.

If you need something like this in your Telegram group DM using the number on my signature for business.

She has a low budget but that isn't an excuse when you implement my strategies unless you are selling what everybody is selling then you have to increase your budget but if not, my low budget ad strategies will surly work for you.

I pray Mark will not to ban her ad account and wishes her more orders and sales.

Hi,
I'm quite familiar with this strategy.

I only create CAs for 75% & 95% views though.

For LAAs I do 1% and 2% separately.

What's your conversion rate though?

It seems that your target audience are Nigerians.

Do you run campaigns for US-based audiences?

Well done.
I couldn't remember the conversion rate because the campaign ended long time ago.

My audience are Nigerians
I have not targeted US audience because I don't have offers for them yet.

Tom Brady appears to be just as good at real estate as he is at American football.

In 2018, Brady & Gisele bought this NYC apartment for $25 million.

Yesterday, they sold it for $40 million — turning a $15M profit in 2-years.

They still own another apt in the same building.

What worked for him

1: His status as the G.O.A.T. of American football.
2: The location, this is New York City
3: Good maintenance culture
4: Financial advisers.

Think investment, think real estate.

There is something called SWOT Analysis.... you need to do it for whatever area and business you choose.

This 2020 has been a year of reset... you need to set up a business that will thrive irrespective of lockdown or plandemic.

Let me give you a few...

1) FOOD PROCESSING or FOOD COOKING
2) Agric-tech( where you invEst in buying a farm and you get as little as 50% ROI in 5 months.
3) STOCKS or FOREX.... (well... this one is late because if you used 4M to buy dollar at the beginning of the lockdown, by now you would have more than 6M)
4) Land.. then you put it out for LEASE (this is big business if you are in an industrial area)
5) health kits too
6) tech (setting up a dating or earning or news website or app is huge business)
7) real estate
cool mobile printing press (a van that is converted to a mobile office and you can drive to campuses and print on a daily basis)... someone sold this business here on NL for 850k with gen and other stuff.
9) TRUCK business (this is a very big business because a company handles every other thing for you once you buy the truck at an installment of 1.5m)
10) YOU (why not learn skills that will make you so versatile for less than 500k and then use the 3.5 to establish yourself)

Now sit and think which one your personality can cope with. Then Launch. I wish you well bro
@op this is one of the best advice given to you so far especially the last part.

Learning a high lucrative skill is the main deal now.

Skills like Digital Marketing
Affiliate Marketing
Amazon Kindle Publishing
Funnel Hacking
Drop Shipping
Etc

@op these are the most on-demand skills in the world starting from digital marketing, there are programs that will teach you how to run Facebook, Google and YouTube ad for clients.

It is now easier to register your agency in UK or any of the EU countries.
With that you can get clients paying as high as 3k dollars per day then do the maths if they are up to ten.

Affiliate Marketing: there guys in Nigeria who are earning big in JVzoo, Clickbank and Warrior Plus which one of them is Nkem Ifiok, Uche Carson to mention a few.

These guys especially Nkem makes up to a million dollars yearly doing affiliate marketing especially when they launch softwares.

Amazon Kindle Publishing: I know a guy who ends up to 2k dollars every month publishing books on Amazon his name is Victor Azubuike.

With 300k you can learn any of these skills and start making millions even before you spend up to a million implementing what you learn.

The $25 billion annual remittance by Nigerians in the Diaspora was more than 80 percent of the country’s annual budget and formed about 6percent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP)”. 2019 report.

Many of the remittance are meant for investments in the Nigerian economy and Real Estate is the number one investment choice of Nigerians in diaspora.

As a real estate agent how will you take a piece of this cake?

Here is how but before I dive in these are the necessary things you need.

1: Social Media Accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram Account and Twitter Handle)

2: A website and a Blog attached to it.

3: YouTube Channel

4: Email Autoresponder

5: Digital Marketing Skills (Facebook ad, Google AdWords YouTube ad and SEO) but you can outsource, but it recommended you have one of these skills)

6: Accounts on property listing sites (Nigeria property centre, jiji and locanto)

Here are the strategies to get these Nigerians in diaspora.

1: List your properties on the property listing sites and verify your accounts.

I have personally gotten over 8 leads of Nigerians in diaspora from those sites using free accounts imagine what their subscription package will do for your business same as mine.

Subscribe to their paid packages for wider exposure.

These sites are top favourites for Nigerians in diaspora when searching for properties (house and land) to buy in Nigeria.

2: Create a website where you will put your property listing and be sending traffic to it.

Create a Blog attached to your website, on the blog you will be writing SEO optimized articles about property investments and call to action buttons directing them to your website.

So that whenever anybody want to search about land or houses e.g. "Lekki Lagos", your article will be among the ones he/her will see.

Install Facebook pixel and Google Analytics that will help you to track where your traffic is coming from and for proper retargeting using advertisement.

SEO takes time for the results to start showing but when it does it will blow your mind.

3: Create a YouTube channel where you will be giving out video contents on choice property investment opportunities for your audience.

People watch YouTube a lot, especially those in diaspora.
A quick stats: YouTube is the second largest search engine after Google and one of top three most visited website in the world.

Put the link of your website in the video description for easy leads.

Written and video contents bring credibility and trustworthiness to your agency business.

Who no go like follow person wey sabi?

4: Run ad constantly on these three platforms Facebook, Google and YouTube.

Google for your articles
YouTube for your video contents
Facebook for retargeting.

5: Create a Twitter Handle for organic posts using the worldwide trending hash tags.

6: Use your email autoresponder to update your email subscribers with the latest information and offers.

7: Use your Facebook timeline for organic postings.

8: Your network determines your net worth.
If you happens to have relations and friends in diaspora them helping you to post your listing will do a huge favour on your business.

People like to buy from people they know but in this case the people they know recommends you which will motivate their friends to do business with you.

I have seen someone sent money from USA to an agent to buy a house in Awka for him base on recommendation from his friend base in US too.

Implementing all these strategies will boost your real estate business and the strategies work on Nigerians in Nigeria too.

Note this, better soup na money.
Implementation of these strategies requires capital.

If you have the capital start right away but if you don't, work towards the future.

Oga boss, great thread..

Ill contact you in WhatsApp i need mentorship.

That aside, this point you raised above.. Hmm.
In America and eruope its easier to implement this strategy because most interest have like a million people etc.. But Africa, Nigeria most interests will have very little data like 20k,10k..the best Nigeria!/Africa, intersests will be like 1 million, while the least western interests will be like 1 million and we know the facebook machines like plentiful data to work with, because interest of 10k or 50k..makes it harder for the machine.. At least thats ehat ive been taught.. Your the boss what do you say?
The bigger the audience the better the result and it will be easier for Facebook algorithm to work.

Even stack up interests still work here but that should be relevant small interests.

My strategy has always be to use one big interest on one ad set and one adset for small stacked interests.

Some interests in Nigeria like "online shopping" has over 7 million audience.
I have seen others that have from 2 million and above.

The current total Nigerian audience on Facebook is 30 million from 25 million by this time last year.
