Something is really wrong with diamond bank. They keep deducting money from people's account as they like without any explanation what the deductions is for. Their app ceases to have network at critical periods when it is needed most. I keep wondering, do other banks deduct these charges from their customers or it's something that has to do with just DB.
You can imagine how crazy DB can be. I just posted my comment and they charged me another N100. For what transaction bikonu? That is how I receive it almost everyday.
