1) NNAMDI KANU'S FAMILY

A lot of people believe kanu is from a rich home because Orji Uzor kalu made their father a warrant chief. Nnamdi Kanu's family is actually one of the poorest in their community.

When Nnamdi kanu was expelled from UNN, he was loitering about and one of their family friends helped him come to UK with student Visa.

Those days you don't have to pay complete school fees to get a visa, and you can get there and differ your admission and start doing small work.

Kanu got there, did not attend university, he married a Ghananian migrant who was already settled in UK to get his papers.

Nnamdi kanus father could not afford to train any of his brothers in the university. Non of his brothers and himself are university graduates till date.

Kanu's could not build a house for himself or even buy a car for his parents after years abroad.

They were so broke until Nnamdi Kanu's Biafran business. Money started pouring from donations and they were all under his payroll.

In the heat of the agitation, when the north gave Igbo's quite notice, Nnamdi Kanu was on radio ranting and attacking fulani . Meanwhile an opportunity to train IPOB members and northern fulani youths came up.

2) ASSYLUM SEEKERS

These are the second group that benefit. The likes of Uche Mefor who was Kanu's deputy got his settlement document in UK using MASSOB and IPOB to seek ASSYLUM and get his stay in UK. Many others have gotten their settlement using the same.

They need the agitation to continue so that they can prove the the governments in the European countries they seek ASSYLUM that they will be persecuted if they return. Thats why the donate money to keep violent struggle going.

Since the introduction of ESN/UNKNOWN GUNMEN in the east, the violence and killings have escalated. Alot of Igbo's abroad now stop in lagos and Abuja, invite their families over there to meet with them. Many Igbo's are now having their traditional marriages in lagos and Abuja.

As many returnees spend more time in lagos and Abuja, they have developed more love for these cities. Many are currently buying properties in these cities. Many more are also selling off their properties in the East to invest in lagos and Abuja.

You can ask those dealing in property in the east, they will tell you that the number of sellers have increased by 200% with no buyers.

But real estate in lagos and Abuja are on fire today as more and more Igbo's buy properties. It has even spread to Asaba. Many are selling their properties in South East to buy in Asaba.

I know someone that recently returned from abroad and stayed in Abuja. He was so in love with the serenity and peace in Abuja that he even bought a property, where he said he will be staying with his family each time they returned.

I jokingly asked him if he does not think that Nigeria will be destroyed and Biafra will emerge. He said that from what he is seeing, that igboland will be destroyed before Nigeria will breakup.

Business in Asaba are also experiencing increase in patronage as most traffic is diverted to the regions as a result of the unproductive senseless sit at home.

4) POLITICIAN FROM OTHER REGIONS
