Those Igbos in Jos are very stuupid set of people. Who told them that you play neutrality in the North when there is crisis? I was  born in Jos and still have extended family in Jos. My uncle  owns a couple of shops in the delimi and nasarawa areas of just, two years ago he lost both shops, just last weekend he lost his wife and two kids, in the bus they set ablaze for no reason, do you think people like my uncle cares about who controls the oil in Nigeria anymore?

Any country can still revoke your license to own an oil block in its territory. Matter of fact if we were to break apart and when we do non-citizens should pay higher taxes to own any oil block or better they should simply lose the oil block.
