^^ abadaba:I wonderoooooo. If they are serious and have clear understanding and idea of what they are really fighting for then Igbo can do more than just moral support. Even Akwaibom ppl will join but for now make we siddon dey look. |
udennaa:GBAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
Nigerians should apologize to themselves 1st. |
Abeg shuut up Let them vote and lets see if minority vote against Goodluck can defeat the will of the majority. Stupid. U act like the North is willing to let Jonathan take over. What happened to the retarded rotational presidency? |
Ojo is a fool. So incompetent. |
Pure nonsense. Only a fool will believe that SS senators alone have the might to stop Jonathan from getting sworn in. If they had such power in the Senate Ressource control and many laws favoring the us would have been in passed with or without the North. |
otawa:GBAM!! |
Ibime, you are the one lacking any atom of logic. The Ijo should simply make up their mind. One day its all good the next day its not. This issue has nothing to do with oil but the Northern attitude towards our people. Like I said they should by now have blown up oil installations leading to Kaduna. Swearing in of Goodluck or not should not stop them from pursuing autonomy. |
Ohanaeze already said what they said. What else can u do but bitchh and moan? |
This issue is so stale. |
Both but charity begins at home. I've sent donations to Haiti. Eastern Nigerians owe them big time for the support they gave us during Biafra struggle. |
^^^They joined the North for a few crumbs minus Soyinka, Fajuyi and Banjo. |
Dede1:I can't help it but agree with Dede1. I'm sick and tired of the Ijo linking every bit of their struggle and quest for equity to oil. Infact I'm begining to see them to be just as oil drunk and dependent as our unproductive Hausa-Fulani northerners. The only difference is that the north has no oil, are destroying our region and are a bunch religious freaks. If Ijo people want justice I am all for it. I am in full of support Jonathan getting sworn because according to the constitution by now he should be the President. It seems to me that the Ijo leadership is still as gullible and politically naive as they were before and after the Biafra civil war. Oil should not be used as a way to compensate for any injustice. Ijo should join others and liberate our region with or without oil. Those oil piplenine leading to Kaduna by now should have been blown to pieces of the Ijo are really serious. TALK TALK NO ACTION. It oil that led many of them to betray Biafra coz the North promised them heaven and earth if they sell their land where the oil is found. Oil is in Igbo land, Efik-Ibibio land, Ogoni land yet we don't hear so much noise about it. The Ijo like other poeple in our region deserve justice and liberation but oil shouldn't be the motivation. |
And xtians in the South should be gearing up to flush em out in the south. Eye for an eye. |
4k the Northerners. You stupid cowards from the South act like the Northerners are untouchable supernatural beings. The day you stop fearing them like a bunch of toothless sissies will be the day you will find liberation. Bakare has every right to speak his mind whether the North likes it or not. Are we their slaves? |
Obj should 1st kill himself. |
Middle belt and xtians in Nigeria have no choice but to exterminate these murder happy son's of bitchez. The only word they understand is violence so u reply them with equal or violence until they get tired of it. |
Igbos can do it with or without Niger-Delta. Like someone pointed out Igbo land stretches all the way to Delta - Anioma, Edo-Igbo Akiri to Ikwerre, Ndoni Rivers state so whether you like it or not Igbo land is part of so called Niger delta and if all Igbos were to simply go with Biafra which will obvioulsy happen the so called Niger delta republic will shrink even more and be split almost in half that is if Akwaibom and Crossrivers opt to join Nigerdelta instead of Biafra that I doubt will happen. I am partly Ibibio and based on opinions of many Efik - Ibibio they will rather stay on their own or continue with Biafra than be part of Niger Delta republic. The average Efik man doesn't even see himself as Niger deltan. Its mostly an Ijaw thing to them. My honest opinion Ijaw, Igbo, Ibibio, Ogoni even Urhobo should opt for a United Kingdoms or States of Biafra than split into small small entities. Either way their autonomy will still be there and respected due to how related and connected we are. The only nation that can bring about having the Ijaw and Efik-Ibibio under one federation will be Biafra. Most Ibibio I know share that opinion. They will rather deal with the Ijaw in a nation where there are other ethnicities especially the Igbo than deal with them alone in a nation mostly dominated by the Ijaw with smaller ethncities to balance power. Igbo will be the largest nation in Biafra Efik-Ibibio and the Ijaw will be 2 smaller but large / sizable nations with about the same population, Ogoni and Urhobo-Isoko will be the smallest in population but EVERY ETHNIC NATIONALITY MUST HAVE ITS OWN AUTONOMY AND LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE NO MATTER THE SIZE AND POPULATION. |
That's ur freaking business. Flemmy, as long as u have a useless government then u need to use ur damn common sense in Nigeria. Nigerian government wont do shitt so if u want to move up north then u better carry a matchette and AK 47 or risk getting burnt up. The best thing any self respecting Igbo or Efik will do is stay back in the East/South and invest heavily in his region where his hardwork will be appreciated. My mom avoided Northern Nigeria at all cost and we never went hungry. The only person that will go is my father and that's usually when he was going on a trip abroad and needed to use the airport. |
Any Southerner especially from the East who moves to any of those listed terrorist states should know by now that they can be dead any time for any reason. |
Ogbulafo is an slowpoke. There is no legit reason why Jonathan should not have been sworn in already. BTW Yaradua should address the nation in English not Hausa. Are we Hausa ppl? |
lwkm :d |
Onlytruth, Happy New Year nwenne. Good to know that brotha. Nna okwa oru na oru that kept me away. Hows da holiday going for u? |
Aloy, Why not at least shoot himself? |
Beaf wadoo, lol I've been so busy with work. Happy New Year nna |
Freaking gworo eaters. Biko I hope Awka ppl deal with them nonsense. I trust my ppl. A fulani yrs back once stabbed a masquerade man to death in Awka and Awka damn well flushed em out the city that week. |
In a nation like Nigeria where survival is important I doubt it but it should be safe enough. Nothing is too safe |
Amaka, Have u also done the same questioning when it comes to use of motorcycles across even USA. When accidents happen even big SUVs tip over. |
The Ingenuity of Aba and Igbo people is ridiculous. While we were screaming the Gov from Cross Rivers to Abia should provide them with jobs bla bla bla these people quietly went to business and created another a solution. Call it survival instinct, creativity or whatever but Aba people, Ndi Igbo continue to make me proud being a member of this community. There will always be haters but lets appreciate their existence. They make Igbo people stronger and smarter. |
Dictionary meaning of Tribalism A strong feeling of identity with and loyalty to one's tribe or group. Oh well I'm a bonafide Tribalist then and PROUD ![]() |
Sjeezy, dude please get lost. U are becoming a nuisance. If Igbo-Biafra threads dey worry u look for EgbeOmoduduwa threads or open one biko. |
