I can handle a very big order effectively , I have boys that we have worked together before now, I will only get some girls as ushers for event and pay them on daily basis ,

there are so many snacks I can bake at their very best at top level standard like meat pie, scotch egg , burger , sursage roll , Taco , dough nut, best of fried rice, oven baked chicken.. these I have done on daily basis from 6Am to 4pm daily for 7 years in PH , I was focused on that career before parent pulled me out and insisted I must go to uni .

You have a skill and hopefully you are good on it.

I have a decked 2 flats 3 bedroom each building.I have no intention to stay there for now nor have any plan soon to continue the upper part of the building.

My plan is to complete the flats by doing the plastering,windows,electrical works and painting to enable me rent out the place.

Since the building is a decked house and not roofed or nor any building yet at the top,is their anything I can apply under the decking inside not to make it hot when sunny or in the night.

I was told such house do cause a lot of heat and is always very unbearable for the occupants.
