I will advice every youth reading this to always be careful in order not to fall into my predicament. Those who know me here would know i've been in pains for a long time now. I repeat, Never ignore the health signal your body gives you. I come from a family where medical check up seem like a luxury until when a case becomes an emergency. Feeding was the priority. Hmm.... Had i known... People like me have stopped dreaming. I doubt if there are good ENT specialists in naija specialised on the throat. The feedback i get from them is not encouraging. I doubt if i can even afford the right care. I'll dance to the dictates of my body henceforth

it's a damaged trachea. My windpipe is out of position and narrowed to the right. I get difficulty swallowing, exhaling and talking/singing out loud. This changes my body temperature every now and then and paralyses my movement. As for cure, i've not been able to do a proper check up. It's of no use actually as my neck is the last part of my body i would allow naija doctors to operate on.

I don't understand how this changes your body temprature. Does it affect your ability to sleep adequately?? How many hours of sleep do you get in a day??
