well there are many ways to add weight but the problem is controlling how much you gain. but generally there are two ways to add weight

building more muscles
adding up fat

building muscles takes time and lasts longer than adding fat but as a general guideline you have to start increasing your protein intake exercise a bit, that will help you build up muscle. but if you want a quick fix you can hit the burger and coke stand but trust me you dont want to do that.

the most important thing is to be at peace with how you look because there are no two people in the world that looks like you. you are special and you should appreciate yourself now and then you can work towards your ideal weight.

if you want to build muscle there are some things that you have to consider, like your body type, you genetic makeup and your body metabolism. but help me understand by answering these questions

1. what kind of weights do you lift? 20kg 40kg or 60kg
2. How many times a week do you lift weights
3. What foods do you eat most of the time.

Photoshop is a HUGE software and cannot be mailed, you can go but a copy from computer village or a software store near you. If you are serious I can get the software for you plus 22 hours of professional photoshop tutorials teaching the rudiments all the way to the advanced stuff, all for a reasonable fee. you can email me if you want it.

Yes you can get it in computer village. I suggest you buy cs3 or cs5 from a trusted shop.
