12 months or 6 months contract means you will sign that you will stay in the apartment for 12 or 6 months respectively. However, you pay rent monthly or weekly. So if the house rent is £500, you sign 12/6 months contract but you'll be paying £500 monthly or about £125 weekly.

You will deduct the deposit from your first month's payment if you eventually get the apartment.

If you can mention the payments in your etc, further clarification will be provided.

1- My husband was denied US visa, and we declared it and still got our visas.

2- A Cheap school depends on your course of study. You could look at Hull, Liverpool Hope, Tesside, also look at schools in Scotland GCU etc

(the stories I am hearing about Tesside is not encouraging with respect to CAS issuance)

+ On the deposit for most schools is 3k. But I won't advise you look at the deposit but focus on the total fees and payment plan ie payment spread.

I'm not sure you will find this scenario being explained on any UKVI site. The rule is that you should not have been in any red list country 10 days prior to arriving in the UK so its pretty straightforward to understand and comply with.

No, you will not need to quarantine in a government approved hotel. Stay 11 days to be on safer side. But the question is what if Ghana is added do the red list during your stay there?

You do not need to book a hotel. In less than 48 hours to your travel, you will be required to fill a passenger locator form, the form will ask about your prior visits and you must genuinely write the truth.

But I will advice you stay up to 12 days in any of your preferred location (countries not on red list) before your travel to the UK.

Please I want to ask. Supposedly I travel from say Ghana which is not a Red list country yet, and stay for 10 days before hitting the UK. Do I still have to book a hotel for quarantine?

Before you wow, I have a friend who didn't know her degree certificate was fake till she submitted a visa application.
I went through AR and JR because the ECO defended that I wasn't a genuine student but a refusal based on a fake document is serious hence, the reason I asked.
