How possible is that? I heard Form A dont exist any more, will confirm from banks tomorrow. To buy from black market is crazy either and traveling with that large school fees in dollars is equally risky. I think the max u can carry is $10000. Please advise me o

No international airport in little Rock or in Arkansas, you fly to DFW, Atlanta or St Louis then you can take a connecting flight to Clinton National Airport at Little Rock

I believe the VO assumed or sense lodging of cash within a short period of time and which is not a good idea and always

Be careful of what to change when filling your next ds160 so that it wont affect you during the interview, just be persistent with the details you filled before and if possible add to it and nothing is bad by doing that. Also be careful of trying to show VO documents if they didn't request for it

Tnx, i dont intend to change anything in my next ds 160 form that am filling but i intend to state that the reason for the denial is because the VO wasn't comfortable with the statement because no justifiable source of the money..... Ok? Also do i have to pay another sevis fee and is there a time frame before booking for my next interview?

Dude i am so sorry to read about ur denial...U already pointed out the fault i feel u should get a good statement of acct..You will have to convince the V.O in ur next trial..refire n u will get it the second time..

Sorry about your delay....just work on getting the above and pray that the next person will not look too much into bank statement. ...personally I think anything outside immediately family uncle and aunty as sponsors brings extra scrutiny because it then becomes why will an inlaw want to invest so much. ... that been said in your next interview it might not even come up at all so hope for that. ..just continue working on your responses and go back

VO: Why Arkansas tech University
Me: having realised the great practical exposure available at the faculty of engineering through the power system laboratory & control system laboratory, it will be a good fit for me as an aspiring professional Engineer.
VO: what will you be studying
Me: A master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
VO: why a university in the US, couldn't you get this education else in Nigeria
Me: i could get this degree in Nigeria but considering the blending of practical experience and theoretical experience which i seek and most Nigeria universities basically wont give me a practical exposure. Also the Us educational system is highly ranked globally* The VO Cuts
VO: how did you hear about the school
Me: a family friend attended the school some years back and recommend it, so i looked it up at usnew.com to know more about the school

Me: i think i started messing up from here because my brian told me he asked why arkansas tech not why arkansas, either way i responded saying, i did apply to another school but* The VO cuts in

Me: Cleveland State University, and i was offered admission, but because of the masters nature in Arkansas tech which is a Master of Engineering not Master of Science* the VO cuts in

Me: He is a senior Financial Account @ Shell Nigerian
VO: Do you have anything to show his financial capability?
Me: Yes...handes the statement of account to him
VO: why does the account go from nothing to something real quick?
Me: that is his salary account which you will spot the constant salary from shell every month ending, so he withdrawals it most times
VO: why did he loan so much money {28million in march)...starts typing
Me: He didn't loan the money, he is financially capable and also owns a property in PH that generates him more money...bla bla bla, VO was stil typing.
VO: sorry i wont be approving ur visa.

My people in the house, kindly help and tell me wat to change before next interview. Though i equally bleeped up too, i didnt Carry sponsorship letter, letter from shell starting his gross income, also his pay slip and all these are available. He currently earns abt 2million plus mnthly.

Please help to tell me where my responses were out of place and what can be done in respect of the financial capability of my sponsor.

Note: i think i was also a lil bit nervous, the questions were flying in and he looked and sounded mean, everybody was avoiding him that morning.

That why me i recommend students checking other options such as applying for Canada PR when they are students in the US so at least u have a definte path to citizenship outside of Naija and if u miss d USA so much u go back later as a Canadian which is an easier work permit TN visa..... instead of this round and round and round and can be back to square one with nothing.

How is it possible to apply for canadian PR when you are still a student in the US? Kindly enlighten me

Masters in Information Technology Security. Yes I was told the same thing. But I applied since in April and they were the ones that said their admission process is an ongoing process meaning you can apply anytime and still get your LOA after the stipulated 2months for admission processing with them. 'I stand to be corrected'

I applied in june 2016 for winter 2017. But I was made to understand admission decisions are made after the deadline, which was july 15th....for MENG ECE, so a response can come any moment. What course did u apply for?

I am in a situation now. My sponsor had to transfer money as a matter of emergency out of his account yesterday.Can I still print his statement of account tomorrow but the 6months duration will end on d 18th of April. Is there an issue with that?

Yes. Just include copy of the transcript and other copy of educational certificate. But it doesn't take time for the school to issue you an unconditional letter once the official transcript is made available. Be good.

tnx....I have sent the transcript, it was received yesterday. But I want to apply fo TRv by friday next week latest...so am hoping they make the unconditional letter available before then if not, I will apply without it
