Toks2008: Its like you guys are just taking out the RAPE out of the joke. Habba! Read the joke and you will see the inherent message.

If you are a man an after a hopeless glutton of a lady(mostly Nigerian) leads you on and obtains so much from you yet starts giving crazy reasons why she cant get down with you, wetin you go do? smile and say ok o. GOD DEY.

No body is advocating for molestation but get that message. MAKE UNA STOP UNA LONG THROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAT
Well said smiley

When it's quite obvious a man's buttering you up with gifts so he can get down with you, and you know for sure that you don't plan on having sexx with him, don't accept his gifts. Don't spend his money. Hell don't turn him into your mugu. There is no free lunch.
You can't excuse a crime of rape, but humans will always be feeble and some men cage the beast lurking within better than others.

Reyginus: Genus: Rey, why are you so happy tonight?

Rey: There is confusion in the camp of the Red Devils. Their is lamentation in the house of the three lions also and the queen’s dream has been splashed like blood on a plate of rice.

Genus: Please where is the ManFromMars.

Rey: He must be somewhere crying and sipping some bitter leaf water. That's if nairabet didn't work against him too. I hope it did

Genus: But Rey you follow no club in the EPL why the badbelle na?

Rey: It is just payback, genus. I was playing Leche and they nearly finished me. All four goals according to them were from the offside position. Please where is Muskeeto?

Genus: Your last word

Rey: The rate at which Man United is going down now, I am sure they will soon discover oil.
grin

Striktlymi, sorry about your health. I hope you feel better now.
You're right about how being a Christian doesn't feel too pleasant now lol. I've felt like a shackle's been on my wrist for sometime now.
About my heart's desire, well it has been giving me some sinful thoughts. That's dangerous, I know and i've felt it could be managed...can't say that's working out well now.
So let's say it's a legitimate reason reason to let go, what if something else similar comes in view without being sinful and He still doesn't think it's good enough?
*Sigh* You're right, this isn't easy. It's probably the most difficult thing a christian has got to do sad
You made reference to Jesus' first miracle. What if the time spent asking his will to be done eventually while trying out a venture he's made clear is a no-no for him could have been used doing what he wants and achieving something better? Timing matters in everything. Don't you think that's one helluva gamble?

Pastor Olu T. You seem to lay a lot of emphasis on the desire not having a future based on some deeply buried thoughts. So basically, you do try to rationalize it, right? You give yourself a reason to agree with him.
So what if it can't be rationalized... what if there is a future and he still says No?
Will you let go or will you first try it out?
Christianity Etc › Re: The Christian Chatbox ( sticky) by UjSizzle(f): 7:32pm On Jan 05, 2014
Thank you Pastor Olu T and Striktlymi smiley

What if you have irrefutable proof that not getting what you want or at least not trying to get it is what He wants, probably because it will distract you from his more important plans for you, Will you let it go even if it makes you unhappy?
Christianity Etc › Re: The Christian Chatbox ( sticky) by UjSizzle(f): 12:30pm On Jan 05, 2014
Has your heart ever wanted something so bad, and then you realise that God's saying you can't have this, that the timing is wrong.
How do you deal with this?
I know we have to trust this unseen God we believe in because we trust him to always want what's best for us. But must the heart always desire something it won't be allowed to have? Why must we even have a heart to start with when all it does is hurt us all the time? sad

I don't know that it's right or wrong, but you shouldn't change while they are staring at you. Honey you can take off a piece of clothing at a time, while covering up the exposed area with a wrapper or towel.

My brothers don't care if I strip in front of them, but i still ask them to turn their backs if they are in my room or i just walk to the wardrobe and do the needful.

Currently, the most i do is walk around in my bra around them. I can't even stop that, not in this weather grin
Romance › Re: Why Don't Nigerians Kiss In Public, Or Peek While Greeting? by UjSizzle(f): 4:24pm On Jan 04, 2014
Peck while greeting?
Try that with some guys and they'll assume you're into them.

I kiss my girlfriends on the cheek, and people tagged us lesbians.

Did so to my brother when i went to visit him in school, and someone asked if we were really siblings.

As for kissing in public, i'm too self conscious for that. I can't stand crowds or public glare(unless ofcoz i'm giving a presentation smiley )
