striktlymi: We still won't have any assurance that the already existing mods won't quit as sexkillz did. Truth be told, the existing mods are stretched thin as it is already and tension is begining to build.

Giving them an extra baggage (especially one as heavy as the Religion section) might just go beyond their tolerance level. I believe we need guys who are relatively fresh to handle the pressure.

You also need mods who are relatively experienced to handle the pressure too.

Ajibam, HBG and Obadiah were 'fresh' and still they left.

Sexkillz moderated four sections, and didn't leave because of pressure.

Some people can handle 'pressure' more than others. It has little or nothing to do with being 'fresh'
