Great story Lola, waiting for more updates. However, there was something i noticed in your story. You made mention of Portharcourt and Lagos especially as the location of your characters, but the picture you paint looks like something out of Texas U.S especially with your constant mention of 'hills' and 'barn' (as in ranch?) and the dressing of Demola(a stetson?)....very Montana-ish i must say. You may want to try out fictional locations next time so it isn't difficult for readers who like to paint mental images to relate with. Also people outside Lagos or Nigeria may think this is what's obtainable here if you get my drift . When i read books, i like to learn a bit about the settings and the writer provides information on that. Please work on this.Great story once more, i wonder how long Demola will hold out before you eventually crumbles Tomi's will  |

I can't stand incessant talks when a movie is on(cinema n off), dunno why people won't shut it like the next line isn't as important. It's kool to laugh at the funny scene but really do u still have to keep talking about it 10mins later And the loitering, God i hate it! Eat dump on the floor...like seriously??!! @OP from your point of view, you did absolutely nothing wrong. I quite admire your self restraint .From her perspective however, you didn't think her sensual enough to entice you. She gave every sign(and not subtly) that she wants to be laid and you simply acted like you didn't even notice. That's a huge blow to a woman's pride. She's simply hurt. Anger's a good way to show it. If you're really attracted to her, try reaching out again. This time be slightly dramatic. A good, unexpected toe curling kiss would work wonders in rattling her . |
