Cappo we're doing well here. Sure you're good too. May it continue to be a smooth ride for us by His grace. My baby is very active these days and I imagine what the next few months will be like. It's well. Sure other teamies are good too.

So i asked my doc what exercise I cud engage myself in since am a FTM, he told me to walk a trekkable distance of 40mins 3 times a week and that all, it as helped me stay active since I began...

  So my darling July mamas how is the journey going? Was admitted over the weekend, had malaria nd needed to be observed, I thank God all is going well nd LO as been giving different karate kicks lol. We r getting there, nd I believe the lord will see us through, we shall record no loss. Amen

hello mummy I have done 3differnt scan up till now they couldn't get the sex infact I was there this Monday no show, I don't know what to do,my first baby was like that too,I reach my 32weeks before i could know the sex

Headache is part of the package.
Try to sleep and rest a lot, preferably in a dark room with minimal noise.
You can put a cold towel on your forehead.
Use pcm if it's too hard to bear.
If all fails, get your Pcv checked, if it's too high then talk with your Dr about reducing your dose of ferrous tabs.
A high Pcv causes body pains and headaches.

How's your blood pressure? If its normal then you need to rest very well if possible give yourself a week bed rest and see if there will be any changes

so its d aptamil dt had an issue?? but I know a couple of mamas dt use it but no issues. I guess bodies differ.

Keep giving her the Nan, but also be putting her to breast often too cos if baby doesn't suck, it can reduce ur milk supply.
Pump as often as every 2-3 hours so dt ur body will be tricked to produce more milk. No matter how small it looks, dnt b discouraged...just keep pumping n feeding her often.

just this. Morning again she is also running temperature after given. Her. Nan maybe she doesn't want to take formular and breast milk is not coming out. Plz. Don't. Pass me by what can I do

well after I did emergency CS last month I am not lactating well,my baby keeps Crying so I thought Of what I could give her. I went to a very big store where they sell imported food I bought Aptamil so to help her not to reduce in size with d little breast she sucks,rushed her To the hospital 4days ago up till now we are still there doctor said the formular is good while abroad cos of there weather not here in nija,after a lot of test.so. I got Nan today and she has been doing well temperature recuce from 39OC to normal my people. Una no see me so. baby has been sleeping well compare to before she cried so loud while we mop her with cold water To bring Down her Temperature.all thanks to God

I hav gotten breast pump immediately I posted my message this afternoon rush down to the market and get one. Still my breast milk isn't coming out at all plz I am interested in d fenugreek is It a tablet. Or what?

Hello beautiful mama's. did emergency CS 19th December 2016 was able to walk after 2hours of the surgery..but after I have been discharged and got home I couldn't eat well,am not lactating well baby has been on formula I went to the hospital dey told me all is well.but am still weak and baby vigil too plz is this how it works plz help don't pass me by.
