GeekfromLasgidi:OK.... Thanks. Replied your PM |
Collins4u1:They go to so many markets per week. I don't have plenty relatives to be following the trucks |
erubasa:This is the problem. The business involves taking the goods to the market on market days where market women come to buy. No-one will agree to pay upfront, they'll just switch to other suppliers on the market day. They prefer live business. Pay and carry. |
mrAMG2:Thanks a lot. This looks promising. I'll look into it. |
Nikkol:The business can't be done like that. It involves live sales to various customers at the market. OK, I promise to let you know if a vacancy arises |
wizecoder1:Thanks. |
Olamotad:Yes, they take it to the market where buyers buy from them. |
mrAMG2:Please, I'll like to know this solution. I'm ready to spend a bit more to stop all this theft. |
Bizmagnet:The guarantors are surprised too. The staff just disappeared without a trace. And the guarantors don't look like people who can afford to repay such money. They're just begging upandan. One even said he can only afford to pay it in installments of N20,000 annually and the police said I should take it like that, that there's nothing more they can do. Most of the guarantors are just poor, struggling old relatives. |
Good day nairalander. Please, I need advice. I'm into trading of agricultural produce. I buy produce from states where they are abundant and sell in states where they're scarce. Every week, I send out trucks of produce to various markets around the country with 3 staff on board to sell the goods. The value of these goods are about 1.7 to 2 million naira per truck. The staff are to go with the truck to the market (another state), sell the goods in the market, pay the money (usually around 1.7 to 2Million) into the company bank account and come back to base. I'm having problems monitoring them. It's easy to know how much they sell because the goods are in units, but how do I ensure they don't run away with the money. A month ago, 3 staff disappeared with 1.8 million naira after selling the produce. Their phones are not going through, their family and friends havent heard from or seen them. I reported to the police but all efforts to get them have proved abortive. I recently saw a social media update from one of them, and from the surroundings, it seems he has left the country. It's not the first time, last December, a team also disappeared with 2 million naira. All this theft is straining my business, we're already finding things difficult. Please, what measures can I put in place to ensure they stop disappearing with my money. Is there a way to restructure the business to stop this theft. I cant be at all markets at the same time. How do I stop this. This theft is killing my business. I'll be very grateful for any advice I can get here. |

Lol..... We all know this a lie. There are no sureties to verify, they haven't been able to get anyone to stick out their neck for him. Just an attempt to hide the truth from the public and give false hope to his fans. I pray he's eventually killed. Death by electric chair or lethal injection would be suitable for him. |
Where is his wife, Obianuju? |
Billy0naire:You have spoken well my brother. |
peeps4u:China never banned those America companies. They only requested that all data they collect from Chinese citizens should be stored in China, but they refused, they insisted on storing it in the US and we all know it's so Washington can have access to it. Are Apple and other American companies not doing business I'm china? This ban on huawei is simply an act of jealousy and hatred from the US. They're envious of the fact that china has left America in the dust in the 5G race, china is launching 5G before American companies can even comprehend what 5G is. The spying accusations are lies, huawei and Europe have been asking for proof but America can't provide any. America has just taught the world that dependency on American companies is dangerous as they can sanction at will. Everyone will gradually start moving business away from them. And I trust huawei to come out if this mess, stronger, bigger and better. In few years, they've beat top smartphone sellers, who knows, they could beat the top smartphone OS provider too.. |

Jestin:Would you keep quiet if you have nothing to say. In those other countries, they pay extremely high taxes, taxes that if charged here, you'll be the first to insult buhari for trying to suffer the common man. In those other countries, in addition to extremely high taxes, each citizen takes up health insurance which they pay for. But here, Nigerians see insurance as "what-if" money. They'll rather use the money to sew aso-ebi than pay for insurance. Theyll rather insure themselves with the blood of Jesus. If you get sick without health insurance abroad, even after paying taxes, sorry is your name. They're healthcare is extremely expensive. |
NairaLondon:There is nothing wrong with this. The employer reserves the right to determine staff working hours. They can even make it 23hrs per day, 7 days a week. No-one is been forced here. Anyone that isn't happy with it is free to resign. The staff are too slow and the project is behind schedule. This is just a way to meet up. |

aaaaabbbbbccccc:And where exactly have you being to? I've been to the best parts of the world, but I'll still come back home. I have health insurance and access to good private healthcare in Nigeria. Do monthly medical checkups, so anything is dealt with before it becomes serious. Electricity in my location is good. Once the electricity goes off, the generator comes on automatically. I don't have to give away more than half of my income as taxes and other government fees. I just use a tiny portion of it for diesel and other things. I can visit abroad for a week or 2 and come back home. At least, I have peace of mind here. Unlike in another man's land where more than half of your income is taken away by the government in the name of property, environmental, and automobile taxes. Another mans land where they'll use little bits of racism to frustrate daily you or you can even be shot down while taking a stroll. |
Indeed, there is nowhere like home. As for me and my family, we will continue to live in Nigeria. We travel to various countries where we spend 1,2 or 3 weeks, and then come back to our wonderful home in Nigeria. As rich as dangote and otedola are, they still live in Nigeria. Thank God the OP is honest enough to write this story. Some will come back and deceive their fellow brothers and sisters to go there and suffer. |

Benjax:Good morning. Please I need some info about unical dental school. How many students do they admit and graduate yearly? What are the chances of someone with jamb score of 220 gettting dentistry there? |
Please, is there anyone studying dentistry at unical here? |
Rubbish How can you pay someone for doing nothing for more than half a year. If their money is too much, they should add it to annual profit so investors can have greater returns. The shareholders should vote against this wasteful move. If possible, the MD and head of HR should be sacked for such silly policy. Imagine, more than 6 months, God forbid. This is why I prefer Indian, Chinese and Lebanese management. |
Couldn't he choose a less painful way to die |
horpeyemmi66:Oh! Thanks. I'll let her know. Please, can you recommend any university where she can try |
Please, can someone help me some universities (preferably federal universities) where someone with 215 stands a chance at getting MBBS or maybe dentistry. I'm asking on behalf of a friend, she's really sad concerning this issue, she says she knows she did better than than the 215 she got. She's ready to do very well in post ume. She's thinking of university of maiduguri. Pls, what is their admission process like? |
emmasege:Would you keep quiet Which silly Christ Upon refusing to deny her faith, why hasn't the Israeli deity rescued her? After so many years? Leah's case is a slap on the face of the imaginary Yahweh. Shame on Yahweh and Jesus. The most stupid part of it all is that if our military rescues her tomorrow, you'll give the credit to God rather than the brave and courageous soldiers. If she dies there, you'll say God knows why, he works in mysterious ways. Nonsense....... Spits |
Shame on Jesus and Yahweh. A 16 year old child refused to deny them yet after several years, this all powerful Israeli deitiy is yet to save her. If our military rescues her tomorrow, you'll see Christians gather like a swarm of bees giving all the credit to Yahweh instead of the brave and courageous soldiers. If she dies, they'll say God knows why and works in mysterious ways. Mtcheeeeeeew.......Spits... |
