why won't there be high rate of blindness when optometrists refuse to do what they were trained for, rather, they want to do the work of opthamologists. Only in Nigeria you'll see optometrist carrying out surgery. Silly people, it shall not be well with JOHESU. |
JOHESU come and see your member o. Amarabae, where are thou. |
ahamonyeka:it is the father and mother that have no mercy. The went to the hospital and used services on credit and have refused to pay. Now, how will the hospital replace what they have used for them to use to treat other new patients. They are risking the lives of others patients by refusing to pay up to avoid shortage of necessary consumables. |
yuppy101:then the hospital will simply make a change of policy to avoid more bad debts in the future. The new policy will be "No deposit, No treatment " |
brownhawk:then they should have refused her treatment without an initial deposit. |
Amarabae:Amarabae my friend, long time. How are u doing? So you think they should be allowed to go without paying for the services they received. If we should have pity on all cute and innocent babies born in our hospitals and send them off without collecting payment for services rendered, how will d hospital get funds to get equipment and consumables to cater for the next set of cute and innocent babies that will be born in the hospital. Pls, services were rendered, and they should be paid for. This is the reason many hospitals refuse to commence treatment without an initial deposit. The solution to this is health insurance, but putting into consideration how the typical Nigerian mind functions, I doubt it can operate successfully in this country. Nigerian will call it "what-if" money, they'll be like " I haven't fallen sick in the past 4 years, why should I be paying money monthly/annually for sickness I will not have, I rather use that money sew aso-ebi for mama bisola's daughters wedding". When u tell some about it, they'll be like " I reject sickness in Jesus name, why should I plan Incase of sickness when Jesus will protect me against it". Others will say "when the need arises, God will provide " And by the way, if they can't afford their bill, how will they afford to feed that child, how will they afford school fees. Is it by force to born. I wont be surprised if that couple has about 5 children at home. Nigerians!!!!!! |
they should do and pay up. If previous patients were let go without payment, they wouldn't have gotten consumables to use. |
skales67:Lafarge nko, BUA cement nko |
Odingo1:shut up if u have nothing to say, is there not lafarge and bua cement. Elephant and UNICEM nko |
they should not be paid one kobo. Useless people. Come to think of it, where is Amarabae my friend, it's been long time. I just felt i should greet you today, happy new week. |
I doubt it can make NMA and JOHESU unite |
EVILFOREST:when you start your own company, you can begin given your employees 10 years maternity leave with paid salaries and allowances |
phase1:if u like, cry blood from now till next 20 years, physicians will only patronize laboratories operated/headed/supervised by certified consultant pathologists. |
Johesu and medical lab scientists , come and see your person. They will soon come here and shamefully deny their member, the same way they denied their members when they had accident and we're taken to ISTH |
just look at the comments, it goes to show how wicked Nigerian employees are. My advice to any employer of Nigerians, if u must invest 1 Kobo on them, make sure they sign a training bond where they must stay for a stipulated amount of time and if they wish to leave before that time, they pay u the amount stated in the bond. Make sure the amount stated is at least 4 times the actual training cost and the bond should be fore minimum 2 years, anyone who doesn't like the job should jump into the lagoon. Wicked employees everywhere. It's a good thing banks are doing it, N2million bond for 2 years, even MFBs have started. |
Everyone should kindly take not that the DOCTORS alone performed the surgery with no assistance from other health professionals as johesu was on strike at the time of the surgery. kudos to the doctors, they have proved how useless johesu members are. |
pol23:keep quiet jor, because you had to write jamb 10 times over 10 years before getting admission doesn't mean everyone has to wait for you. After, it's your type that will see jobs with age limits of 22 and start wailing and talking trash. How is a 21 year old graduate too young, na wa for d way some people reason. |
Thank goodness, I thought they also wanted to earn like doctors. |
This your hatred and envy for doctors will kill you fast. Is it doctors fault that u couldn't pass utme to study medicine. The hatred is so much you can't even read clearly, according to the article, the head the team is Dr. Steven Rosenberg. You can google him up, hes an American cancer researcher and a professor of surgery, he studied medicine at John Hopkins, meaning he is an MD/MBBS person. Another person mentioned there is Dr Michael Sabel, Chief of surgical oncology, another MD/MBBS. See, it's never too late to study medicine, better get the next jamb form and study hard or you can jump into the lagoon. If you think your BSc or BMLS will one day become equivalent to MBBS, then you're on a long thing. |
If it's pharmacy you want to study, fine, continue with it, but if your passion is medicine, better take U-turn and get the next jamb form before you join in Johesu's stupidity and dedicate you life to fighting and pouring your frustrations on doctors, just like my friend, NLs chief auxiliary matron and johesu nairaland chapter chairlady, Amarabae. |
nairamaniac:yes,majority of it. |
Amarabae:have you gotten your better now, you just subjected yourself to unnecessary suffering and hunger. Better keep quiet and get ready to resume work tomorrow and take orders from the doctor. |
