Write DIBP requesting for an extension of the 7days stating the challenges your facing wt the school. I had ssme case. For them to request a new coe ur case is going well.

You have done the needful by getting back to DIBP.
Disturb the school, don't allow them to rest. Bombard them with mails and calls until they respond to you!...

The question will be, how long did DIBP gave you to submit your updated COE?...

If the school is delaying, disturb them while you contact DIBP that you have requested for your new COE but school is delaying. Let them know you have contacted your school.

The next thing that will happen is that if your new COE did not come on time you might miss the February resumption date if you are to start February.
You will be issued your grant based on the next available COE start date you will produce.

Resumption date was November 2017
Called immi on 30th September and was told to defer admission
Deferred till February 2018
Updated new coe on 15th December 2017
Called immi on 4th January 2018 and was told a decision will be made the following week
Got my visa grant on 15th January 2018.

The back page of the yellow card has your personal details like Passport number. So, photocopy the back page together with the pages were stamps of those immunization schedules you took appeared. Take it to a notary public and notorize it, simple. After Notorizing it, scan and send to DIBP.

I believe is the certified copy that you submitted when you were filling in your application. Rush now my dear and upload the certified copy of your Yellow Card with the updated COE as requested by DIBP.

When you will be filling your Your Visa application you will be asked if there is any dependent.So you are a primary applicant while your wife and kids follows.Then you have to show Health Insurance cover for them all.Then you have to show that you have enough money in your account to take care of them.
Then for the work common to students.You can Google it,Casual work pays 20Aud per hour.You will work 40hours per forthnite.Then make the calculation you will know what you will earn in a month.

Please if i pay the initial deposit before leaving and pay after arrival, will i be able to pay the remaining tuition after arriving Australia by working. can i bring my wife so she can work too? I want to be sure before dabbling into it.

I suggest you call them at the embassy and make your case. Let them know you no longer have time and its past 30 days. What do you have to loose? There's no juju once its past your resumption date. You have to defer to 2018 September. Call and shout for them and let them know you have another offer from the UK. There's a girl on this thread that it has worked for. She told them she has another offer from Germany
