The media won't let you see this. Its only bad images of Aba that you'll see online. Hence the bad image depicted as Aba's current state. If you are observant, you'll remember shell finished layibg gas pipelines in Aba not long ago and Ariria IPP the only independent power station in Nigeria (or so I think). Am not saying Ikpeazu is a saint, is as good as Umahi or that Aba is small London; NO. But Aba's image is wrongly portrayed full stop.....
