Majority of south south politicians are all renowned cultist, from the governor of rivers state to the state house of assembly are all cultist, majority of them are school renegades who thrived on cultism, and carried their gragra life into politics, they eat live dream and die as cultist, they sponsor different cult groups as green landers and Icelanders in port harcourt, and use them for their demonic wishes during elections, that's why our States are littered with stories of assassinations and crimes, the Governor knows this boys, even when arrested they release them, evil is secretly worshipped, while outwardly they go to open churches and give deceptive offerings, Nigeria is the most hypocritical country! No single love for country by our leaders or any iota of patriotism from the followers
You are correct. However, your error is singling out southsouth politicians, the governor of Rivers State and members of the state house of Assembly. You shouldn't have fallen into that temptation. People will assume you have an oxe to grind with the people you mentioned. Moreover, you have no evidence against them which is tantamount to character assassination. Cultism is a general menace among most politicians and the elite not just in Nigeria and Africa.

I am compelled to intervene in the needless exchanges between some Igbo and Yoruba commentators online. I am not from either of the tribes but I have friends from both and my younger sister is married to a Yoruba man while my younger brother is married to an Igbo lady. Both marriages are wonderful. There are other people who have inter-married across both tribes and I am sure there are people like me who have friends from both tribes. A few ethnic jingoists are just bent on inciting ancient hatred. I hope we don't pass this poison to the next generation. May the love and grace of God bring forgiveness, healing, understanding and unity among us. Every little issue is reduced to Igbo vs Yoruba and vice versa. We need to move on and unite against social injustice, criminality, poverty, unemployment, bad governance and the antics of politicians who exploit our differences to feather their nest. We are unique and different but we don't have to be divisive and disagreeable. Sometimes it is so childish. At other times, these sentiments are whipped up out of sheer mischief or crass ignorance. Your post shows how little or how matured you are irrespective of the chain of certificates you possess.
Well said.

What is this ipob rambling about?

Last time I checked, Babachir and Kalu are on trial, Ganduje is still under immunity and per the rest of your list, first detailed what they stole, from where and where they kept the money, start with Tinubu, Fashola and the rest of them.

If you are going to ask for prosecution, common sense dictates that you first show us what they stole with credible documented evidence instead of the same ignorant ramblings ipob nonsense.
Sir your ipob refrain is becoming boring. Isn't it ironical that the same Kalu that is still on trial was sponsored by the same party purportedly fighting corruption and today he is a Senator elect. We know how long it took the government after so much brouhaha to do something about Babachir (although I still see it as window dressing). The days coming will prove me right or wrong. Yes, governor Umar Ganduje of Kano State, a member of the ruling APC and a known Buhari supporter enjoys immunity. But did Ayodele Fayose not enjoy immunity when this same EFCC commenced his case? What of Udom Emmanuel and Samuel Ortom of Akwa Ibom and Benue States? Why is EFCC investigating their governments? Do they not enjoy immunity too? Is it because they are in the opposition? Then most recently is the case of the now out of favour governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State whose Accountant General was arrested by the EFCC. Does he not enjoy immunity too? Are these not proofs that this government employs double standards and uses the so-called fight against corruption for political vendetta? The defenders of this government should be able to win prizes on hypocrisy.

Wherever and whenever APC wins, it is because of rigging and wherever and whenever PDP wins, the election is free and fair. I think I have heard that before. It is a story for gods, which you need to tell to the Marines.

Whenever and wherever EFCC prosecute a PDP member, it is always referred to as Persecution. I have come to conclusion that PDP and their followers think committing a financial crime is their legal right, any attempt to bring them to justice is politically motivated.

You need to wake up to reality. We have a government of APC led by PMB with mission to fight corruption. The sooner you understand this, the better for you. The sooner you also understand that your wailing does not matter as majority of Nigerians love and support this mission, the better for you.
You are wrong Sir. I do not support financial crimes in any way. The point is that most politicians in both sides of the divide are into financial crimes. My grouse with this government is that they came with the promise to fight corruption without any sacred cow. But is that what they are doing? Our President should be total in this fight with clear evidence so that those who commit financial crimes will not be running to the ruling party for cover. He will not be there forever. Whatever he is doing now is a precedent that will be referred to years to come. My 'wailing' is for corruption to be totally eradicated and not used for political advantage. Don't be one-sided in the case of prosecution of financial criminals otherwise you are a hypocrite. Thank you.

But he has a point

If someone was a governor of a state under PDP and now in APC shouldn't he also come out and give account of what he did during his tenure? If not, then assuming all present PDP members would be found culpable when the investigation starts then all they need do is to run away from the party and join AAC, MPN, APGA etc and they would be absolved of all their sins abi?
Don't mind the unrepentant hypocrites. They are pained that Shehu Sani has brought the hypocrisy of APC to the fore.

2 APC members and former governors were sent to prison last years so stop the rubbish about opposition and last time I checked, so many corrupt people are in prison today regardless of their political affiliation.

You Igbos are just too much in love with crooked and corrupt people because I don't see any reason why you people jump and go crazy every time they say anything against crooked and corrupt people.

Stop the crap. That is window dressing my friend. You forgot the Oshiomholes, the Amaechis, the Tinubus, the Fasholas, the Babachir Lawals, the Timipre Silvas, the Orji Uzor Kalus, the bribe taking Gandujes, the pensions man to mention but a few are enjoying government protection and sponsorship. I don't know about Igbos. I am in love with justice, equity and fairness. You seem in love with injustice and hypocrisy and use 'Igbos' to deflect the point. Your EFCC oga's message is clearly understood. The current president will not be there forever!

He is also an enforcer of law. He is also sounding a specific warning to those doing such. A word is enough for a wise. Corruption can be corrected when a control measure is in place
No corruption is being corrected as the ruling party members and supporters have a free ride to do anything and go scot free. Some government appointees need to keep their positions and that is only guaranteed if this government remains in power. IMO, this message is a coded one and the judges understand. Collect from the ruling party and favour us and you are not corrupt, since we are the enforcers. QED.

grin grin
Are you not on the side of hypocrisy? Who doesn't know that the current government and their agents say one thing but do another? Who doesn't know that their pontification on corruption is against the opposition? Can you beat your chest that APC in their desperation will not bribe judges, that is if they have not been doing that? Is vote buying that has been favouring them not bribery? What has happened to the buyers and takers so far?

What is the threat in warning Lawyers and Judges that they are been monitored? If you are not corrupt nor have the intention of been corrupt, the warning will not border you.
Stop the pretence. We know the antecedents of the ruling APC and their agencies. We know how they have been hunting the opposition members claiming they are 'fighting corruption' while so many corrupt people in their party are protected and are being supported to run for elective offices. The APC seems to be so desperate to cover up their rigging and any desperate person can do anything including bribery. If the judges and lawyers collect such from the ruling party, nothing will happen. But if they collect from the opposition, EFCC will pounce on them.

This should be addressed to Judges only. I don't know why you will threaten lawyers doing their jobs (defending their clients that felt cheated in the elections)
So if a lawyer charges his client #100million, you will turn around and said he laundered the money for his client
This Magu sef
In fact, there seems to be nothing the ruling party and the institutions they control cannot do to intimidate every potential threat so as to hold on to power.

Why you are partying, oshiomole, tinubu and buhari are sweating and running from pillar to post looking for who and what can stop the pdp from pursuing this case.
If APC know they actually won the Presidential election of 2019, why are they trying so desperately to stop the PDP from pursuing the case at the tribunal? Why, why and why?

Lolz. When fighting corruption, u don't favour any corrupt person, u re impartial, even if u discover dat ur wife is corrupt, u'll still b impartial. While fighting kwarapshion is d punishment of persons (especially those opposing u) who re not in d same party as u (In this case, APC), n applauding those who support u, evn if they are corrupt e.g d owner of d Central Babanriga of Dollars aka Gandollar. Kapish?
Forget about the failed promises of baba 'integrity' including that of fighting corruption. I knew it was all a ruse. How do you expect PMB to fight those who used public funds to sponsor his election in 2015? How are you expecting the President to fight the corrupt bigwigs in his party who he is heavily relying on to achieve reelection? His best bet is what he is currently doing - fighting the allegedly corrupt in the opposition who refuse to decamp to the ruling party and making a lot of noise of it including media trials. The second aspect is receiving and baptising decampers from the opposition who he and his party once demonized as corrupt, turning them into overnight 'saints'.

Buhari will be remembered for his honesty.
Fighting grand corruption
Modern railway lines
Building of major roads
Construction of second niger bridge
Npower
School feeding programme
Monthly payment of the poorest in the society
Improved agriculture
90% reduction in rice importation
Steady fuel supply
These are many more are the reasons he has my vote

Buhari is for the masses while atiku is for the elites. That's why they make so much noise on social media while the real voters are not on social media and will shock them tomorrow.
Did you say 'honesty?' I will check my dictionary again. May be 'honesty' means denial of promises, telling lies, ruling by propaganda, threatening people to give up their ancestral lands or die, selective corruption fight, partiality, vindictiveness, shielding of cronies from prosecution, nepotism, tribalism, vote buying, etc. You are hoping on rigging, intimidation of voters and the opposition by security . Let us see how it goes.
