Do you know that there are skills you can learn and perfect in six months? Do you know that there are skills that you can learn free of charge? Do you know that there are skills that, if you acquire them you can get your tools with less than 5k? Do you know that there are skills that, if you acquire them, your tutor will be hiring you until you start getting your own contracts? Do you know that there are skills that will allow you to set up your workshop inside your bedroom with minimal capital and be getting your clients online? How much does it cost to become property agent?

Do you know that you can make money if you start posting other people's wares online? When you get a buyer you take them to the seller and get your commission. How much does it cost print on nylon bags and Tshirts? How much does it cost to learn and start making perfumes? How much does it take to learn how to Barb? Etc

I see a lot of people in my line of business that make huge profit in a job but would stay for a very long time before getting another job. While executing any job, I always ask myself: will this person recommend me for another job?

Sex is not "spirit", it's a natural urge. When your body needs fluid you become thirsty. When there's a build up of waste in your system you feel pressed. If you're hungry you eat. If you're thirsty you drink. If you're pressed you use the toilet. Nature also gives you sexual desires once you reach puberty. Suppressing the urge goes against nature.

The man is not a real Nigar

Listen young man. ,two years ago I was your age in this same situation. But last year I bought a car. This year I contributed handsomely to my father's burial and I will marry before this year runs out. Listen again, I was hopeless at 34 just two years ago. I'm not a rich man yet, but I live a more stable life now, I'm no longer selling my properties to feed instead I'm replacing the ones I sold.

I didn't do yahoo. I didn't do money ritual. I only focused on one particular thing, became the best at it and gradually money started coming. I'm a roofer, all my clients recommend me to their friends and family who need my service because I don't disappoint.

My advice? Pick something, give it your 100% and stand out in it. Money will definitely come.

I made a promise to myself. If I get a contract, I shall not eat a dime from the money till I complete the project to the satisfaction of my client. The result is that I have never had issue with any client. Instead, my clientele base keep increasing and more money keep flowing because I'm building a reputation of honesty, trust and reliability. Buhari ruled Nigeria for ten years years both as a military and civilian head of state. Yaradua ruled for two years. Combined, Katsina has ruled Nigeria for 12 years and 3 years as military vice president. The state has produced speaker of the house and Agric minister. Yet look at where they are.

When Nigerians insist that someone from their tribe must rule or occupy certain positions, I see them as unintelligent. That the president is from your state means absolutely nothing to you as an individual, but his policies in the long run must affect you directly.

Ask yourself, the governor is from your state, has he impacted your life in any positive way? The senator, HOR member, LG chairman etc are all your brothers. How have they impacted your life in any positive way?

During elections, vote base on merit knowing fully well that decisions of those in authority have direct implications on your life and those of the future generations.

For the past 60 years we got independence, we have not been able to solve a single problem as a country. What if successive presidents took just one problem and solved? Let's say Tinubu faces electric problem and use 8 years to solve it, Obasanjo uses 8 years to solve the problem of education, GEJ solved transport and it's infrastructure with 6 years etc, by now the country would have had a direction
