Overzealous officials will always look for a frivolity to use and shine. No human can pay that amount of money for such structure... |
Interested persons should apply ASAP. But I'm certain some states won't fill their quota... |
groovie:Do you realize that most skit makers fake their identity to be able to cash out their earnings? You have to present yourself as a foreigner because Facebook is not monetized in Nigeria, tiktok too and the rest of them. You can't even receive money through PayPal. Most times you loose half of your earnings trying to get the money you earned online. People employ dubious means just to get verified by there sm apps thereby proving my point above that you can't make it in Nigeria without being dubious. So you know how many businesses have shut down because of power? Most hotel owners in owerri have disconnected from national grid because of extortion from NEPA. Do you know how much diesel cost per liter? Truth is, if you put in 20% of efforts you expend in Nigeria abroad you'll make it a thousand times more... |
There's something inherently wrong about Nigeria. What you can achieve in 30 years in Nigeria, you can achieve in just 1 year abroad. Let me tell you guys few stories to buttress this point. There's this my good friend who worked as a senior lab technician in an FMC in Nigeria. He is married with 4 children. Guess what? The upholstery in his rented apartment are all torn. Life wasn't easy till he decided to travel to Europe. Less than 4 years abroad, his entire family has joined him and he now owns a modern duplex in his hometown; something he may never have achieved even after working for 35 years in Nigeria. There's this other guy I know. He traveled through desert to Libya then to Italy through Mediterranean sea. Six years from the time he embarked on the journey, he is now a big boy doing a lot of things with money and bringing his whole family from poverty. There are many people in this category. The Nigerian system is designed to make you fail. I can bet with everything I have that 99% of successful people in Nigeria did so illegally. Either through bribery or corruption or kidnapping or bunkery or yahoo yahoo or drug business or armed robbery. Businesses that succeed elsewhere will fail in Nigeria unless you cheat. Every office in Nigeria is used to cheat and extort people. Gift the police 10 new vehicles and see 10 new checkpoints the next day. The way they dedicate their time collecting money from motorists.... My advice to everyone. If no member of your family is abroad, all of you should contribute and send one person... |
Whoever told you guys that marriage is for better for worse lied to you all. When you can no longer cope, take a walk. If you fear for the outcome of divorce in foreign country, trick her to come home and leave her behind. Same applies to the women. When you no longer desire your husband, instead of cheating and not submitting to his headship, end the marriage. |
The pattern with which naira was gaining recently looked suspicious and appeared fake. There was no significant policy shift that necessitated the rise of naira so it was just a matter of time before it goes back to it's real value. That notwithstanding, don't rely on this momentary fall to make your speculations. I heard many people are paying their school fees abroad this period thus driving the demand for foreign currency ... |
AfDapone:My bad! Corrected |
Women are like just any other gadgets in the hands of a rich man. You have control over gadgets you purchase with your money and they do your bidding. The moment they're beyond your control you toss them and get another one. Women know that so they do everything humanly possible to remain useful to a rich man... As a man, the value bestowed on you by the society is directly proportional to the perceived amount of money you control. Get rich you'll see friends everywhere. Get broke you'll see how lonely you'd be |
When we fail to learn from nature!!! Humans are the most powerful "machine" there is (Small minds won't understand), yet we have relatively equal day (work time) and night (rest time). If you overuse any machine without obeying natural routine of work-rest, it will break down. This applies to every machine including airplanes, automobiles, industrial machines etc. Those ones that do not need to rest have shorter lifespan and they are mostly light duty like surveillance cameras, wristwatches, mobile phones etc |
Fiscus105:Na argument dey hungry you |
As much as possible, avoid heated situations. Anger is deadly. Once emotions get out of control, anything can happen |
Fiscus105:Weather out of compulsion or voluntarily, she has not lived sexually reckless |
Virginity guarantees that you married a hitherto sexually responsible person. It doesn't necessarily mean that she was sexually pure because she may have engaged in other sexual activities.... It doe not mean she is morally upright; many of them also have bad characters. It also doesn't guarantee that she won't be promiscuous in the future. |
To whom much is given, much is expected. It doesn't end with increasing tariff, can you meet up with the challenges that come with it? Many individuals will definitely go down with this charade... |
Wait, were people paying 17m to UK? |
Am I supposed to be surprised? |
1.5 million is more than enough. Meet any "successful" dealer and offer him 100k to teach you the business. Don't be in a haste, spend 6 months with him or more. Get a shop in a residential area (preferably a suburban area) with high population especially at bus top where bikes stay. You don't need beautiful shop. If light situation is bad in that area it will be an advantage to you because charging of phones is oil money. Sell parts like screen, touchpads etc, but you must have phone technician by the side... |
CatchMeIfUCanMO:1. High cost of maintenance: Due to heavy rainfall, especially in southern part of Nigeria, the external walls of your building will require more frequent maintenance... 2. Leakage: Building materials, especially roofing materials, is becoming more and more inferior in Nigeria. For instance, 2×2 Pauline in the market is now less than 1×1 in size. 0.45mm gauge of roofing sheet is no longer more than 0.35mm in thickness. Consequently, there's high tendency of having leaky roof if it's flat... Whenever inexperienced technicians climb it, they create more harm... 3. Maintenance difficulty: flat roof is difficult to service... |
Flat/Hidden roof is not for Nigeria. |
February 15, 2012, this guy was protesting N350/litre. Sharing the memory, he is apologising to petrol marketers..... Which way Nigeria?

Will you sell 1m? Someone posted this car for 1.2 elsewhere |
You're simply exhausted. You need a break. Look out for any opportunity to get out of home for sometime. It will help you to recover or discover yourself. |
Peace begins with you. I've noticed something in Imo state. Whenever there's peace, there'll be police checkpoint in every 500 meters extorting motorists. For instance, from Ubomiri to Akwakuma, a 3 minutes drive, has 1 army checkpoint, 1 VIO checkpoint and 4 police checkpoints. But once there's turbulence you won't see them aside the army checkpoint. They don't come out on Monday sit at homes. So I wonder, what is their goal? |

The moment I saw the topic I knew it must be either Ahnie or Mariangel. It's like those two are nairaland shareholders |
Good evening gurus. Please what could be the problem with my 05 Honda Civic? It jerks while driving. Sometimes it looses power that I'll have to turn off the engine and restart it again. It doesn't show any error code when scanned. I've changed fuel pump, injector mouth, 02 sensor, nuzzles, ignition coil and spark plugs still the problem persist. What else should I do?? |
