Why MUST find out? Unless someone drags the child with you. Have you concerned the trauma the child would be subjected to?

Let's always make use of our brains please.

Time without number I have seen adopted children being breadwinners of the family.
this is sad. what part of your body do you use to think?

it is called paternity test, it is not your place to tell men whether or not they should go for it.

this an awfully long, tedious and inconceivable process, just to fake pragnancy.

I am totally in support of getting DNA test but as you are giving a blood sample, abeg, carry your wife own go too.

Cause with the recent scam of. "Cryptic Pregnancy" in Nigeria, a lot of couples have fallen victim, especially those looking for fruit of the womb.

These yeye so called clinics will tell you that you're pregnant but scan and blood test can't detect it cause it is hiding, that it is only their equipment that can see it and you must only come to their clinic for ante natal.

You will be pumped with hormonal injections that will mimic pregnancy symptoms, as months pass, they will inject you with what will make your stomach protrude.

Obviously, it is not free.

If you've made full payment, after 9 months or 10months, of the announcement of the so called pregnancy, they will tell you it's via CS you will deliver. Again, you'd be put to sleep and given a superficial cut on your stomach and stitched back so it will look like you had a Cesarean, they will then present a baby to you (bought from a baby making factory from the money you paid to them"wink

They will tell you that you can't breastfeed cause of the drugs you've been taking, so the baby will have to be on formula.

If it takes you two years to complete payment, they won't "deliver" you o. They will tell you the baby would have to wait. When you've balanced up, even if na one year after, they will cut you open and present a baby to you.

Some women know it's a lie but desperation makes them play along, some don't even know it's a scam.

Their centres are common in Imo, PortHarcourt and Lagos.

For one, every nollywood actress has another business, not sure if the same can be said for actors. Why isn’t that adequate explanation/receipt?
every actress has another business? right.

Even yahoo is online business.

it doesn't work that way. Again, you dont have to show any receipts but people will be people and will question your source of income.

Besides, a rich woman would not say, "i want a rich man to take care of me and our unborn children". What is the use of her getting rich?
Celebrities / Re: Nancy Iheme Says Why Her Future Husband Has To Be Rich by UncleJudax(m): 9:33pm On Sep 28, 2021

Being a regular anything will not make anybody wealthy. What is being highlighted here is that in 9ja, some professions are always looked down upon - irrespective of legitimacy, hard work or explanation.

And a woman’s wealth is always more scrutinised to that effect - a single one particularly.
again, if you so much need validation, show receipts...else low-key your matter.

There is hardly enough money in Nollywood. These actresses are always buying cars and houses while their male counterparts come to nairaland to beg for hospital bills. Why is that?

Yea...drug runners, ritualists and yahoo tags belong to men...only ashawo, and yea... overkill.
Celebrities / Re: Nancy Iheme Says Why Her Future Husband Has To Be Rich by UncleJudax(m): 3:18pm On Sep 28, 2021

It’s not about the receipts, it’s about the prestige.

For example, in other parts of the world even being a plumber let alone an actress can make someone very wealthy and honoured in society. Or anybody with a business model for that matter

But those jobs aren’t so respected and are not satisfactory explanations/routes for wealth here. If the work is not associated with significant education - it’s undermined
If you want to be validated by society, you will have to show receipts as to how you got to where you are. Or dont, and live your life.

As a regular plumber, you can be honoured all right, but you are not getting any wealthy. For the most part, wealth is created by ideas, not through regular jobs.

You cannot demand respect from people when your source of income is shady to say the least.

Yeah, I understand that people get to respond to what she says. I was just saying I didn't understand where the hate, since a lot of us have our desires in a spouse as well and some people might consider some of our desires to be shallow.

I don't know her enough to understand how rich she is. I was just going off google search on her net worth lol

If I'm understanding your argument on this third point correctly, it seems you believe that since there is a good chance men could find women with the qualities they desire, it is fine for them to state those desires but since there is a lesser chance for women to find those qualities, they should be more realistic (if I'm wrong in my understanding, please let me know). I disagree with this argument because she's not hurting any of us with her desires, and if she ends up waiting a long time, she can choose what's best for her. Also, she probably hangs around a different circle of people than the average Nigerian; so, I would imagine there's more wealthy guys around her.
High value men are picky, so are high value women. However, women tend to not marry down. A well-to-do guy can marry a broke babe with the right features.

This lady is hardly a 5/10 and like i said...Nollywood na packaging (so not high value). However, the higher you project you taste, the higher potential sutors tend to pay but usually only for a while because the guy go soon see say you be fraud (check divorce rate)

There is nothing wrong with her wants like you said. And people will criticise or praise her. But money scarce, she is not.

i never said there aren't home grown pioneers. i said major.

Also, China, Israel, India or South Korea is not Nigeria. Check the level of infrastructure and higher education in the countries, Nigeria is way behind.

People who can think dont just fall from the sky..There has to be a sound structure and good leadership.

I don't understand the hate here.
1. She said what she wanted in a relationship, and didn't insult anyone.
2. She is relatively rich herself, and isn't asking for what she doesn't have.

When men have a listing of physical features they want in a lady, why is that any more acceptable? Especially since there is not much a lady can naturally do about her physical features.

Both genders can be shallow. Just be honest about what you want. If you find another adult who wants you and is fine with it, good luck to you guys.
Once you put your business out in the open, people will either hail or criticize you.

She is not rich. Forget packaging.

There is no scarcity of beautiful women with the right curves, there is a scarcity of healthy, tall and handsome men with resources.

Maybe, but not always. None of these people that he mentioned in his post had serious careers abroad before they moved back to Nigeria to join and build the tech ecosystem down here. It's always funny to think that you have to leave Nigeria to be the best. People leave the country for a while and come back to Nigeria after a year acting like know everything. Meanwhile they are just using their overseas internship level exposure to bobo people who know far more than they do.

I've worked with a lot of these so called foreign developers. Trust me, most of them are not as good as people here would want you to believe. One even told me to my face that what I was building for a telecom company was not possible. I was more shocked than angry. Shocked that someone who was in such environment does not know that so many things are possible when you have deep understanding of a technology.

The only reason you'll want to go abroad is for the money and better living environment. You can get knowledge from anywhere. Indians, Chinese, Israelis and Koreans understand this and they are building training and their people at home and getting the abroad to ship jobs to their door steps.

It's all about the money!
Indian, Israel and China didnt just became tech hubs overnight. The major IT pioneers in these countries came back from the west. The current CEO of Microsoft is Indian.

You cliam to know so much....act like it.

Me I don't see any problem in this o.

Na only one bill she dey pay, yet she wan turn terrorists for your head. You sef, always remind her how expensive DSTV and foodstuff costs as often as you can.

You can add the rising cost of rent too.

Treat people how they treat you and watch them adjust.

Just cause your own wife is like that doesn't mean all women are that way.

I know women who are bread winners and you'd never know, even n their house.

One just bought car and house that her family just moved into. Na her husband dey drive the car.

So don't conclude all women who are bread winners are like that.
i hope you actually read the article. He made no conclusion.
