It will take time but it is possible. We shall begin with a letter of recommendation to your FCC commissioners from your state. Once recruitment starts, we will work on those recommendation and application. Normally, they have two files, one for the unimportant and general CVs & the other for recommended applications which they minute or sign inscribed "treat as urgent". Once we have your application filed on the minuted files, then we can begin to be hopeful.
