Not one post here has made sense so far.
Understanding indeed is a scarce commodity.
We must look beyond vilifying our leaders past or present and see beyond our noses.
The problems of a nation goes beyond its leaders.
A people afterall deserves its leaders.

Abajosax007: Mind blowing, I know. It’s going to take some adjusting. You might even want to practice it in front of your mirror for a while. Now, I don’t want to overwhelm you, but we here at Slacktory have uncovered a few more words that we have all been mispronouncing. INTERNET: Did you know it is pronounced Eye-nternet, not Enter-net? This makes a lot of sense because the Internet is something you look at with your eyes, not enter with your body. Wi-Fi: While everyone thinks Wi-Fi is pronounced Why-Fy, it is actually pronounced wiffy. This is derived from the fact that most Wi-Fi hotspots are pretty iffy. Meme: Internet elitists will try to claim this word is pronounced meem, like the word gene. The truth is the word is pronounced Memmay, because it sounds French and is just funnier. URL: Most people will spell out this word saying U R L. Truth is it should be pronounced Earl, after the founder of Unified Resource Locations, Url Webbington III. VLOGGING: It is commonly believed that Vlogging is a variation of blogging, and is therefore pronounced the same way. But vlogging was originally used to describe the logging of many Vs, an abbreviation of videos. The correct pronunciation is Vee-Logging. IP ADDRESS: It’s not eye pee address, as we all so vulgarly say. It’s pronounced Ip and was named after the famous martial artist Ip Man. Fun fact: the very first IP address contains the birthdate, weight, and favorite numbers of Ip Man. LOL: Perhaps the most used and therefore the most mispronounced word in the eye-nternet vernacular. LOL is not to be spelled out or pronounced “lawl” or “lowell”. It is pronounced as “Unnnhhh-ninininini” with the “Unnnhhh” real low and guttural and the “ninininini” like a high trill — as begrudgingly and maliciously ratified in a 1989 Usenet thread by users who had long since rejected spoken language. JOKER!!!! Right? |

richmon74: Hi Unionised and DUNKA We don't discus prices on this thread because of some reasons.
One reason is that this thread is actually a DIY forum and not a market place. We only post our work here to inspire and encourage people in renewable energy. Also we share some of our experiences as part of our humanitarian services to help ppl who want to install solar by themselves to learn.
The second reason is that there are a lot of factors that we consider before we give you price. factors like location, mount type, your energy needs and lots of other factors . This is why we always advice you to contact us outside this thread using any of our supplied contacts. We will help you achieve an efficient system at a comfortable price.
One more reason we don't post our prices is that most of our suppliers do not permit us to post them since our prices are far below their own advertised prices. Our discounts was primarily meant for our installations not for sale so we are offering you those ridiculously low prices just to encourage you so we can make our money if you need us to install for you. As such the don't want to look as if the are doing favoritism because most of them monitor this thread.
Lastly, our prices keeps coming down and we don't want our previous clients to feel they would've waited or that we weren't considering them.
If you are still interested you can use any of our contacts below to get to use and we will make sure that you can't get any better offer somewhere else.

Magnum MS4348PE inverter Magnum ME-RC50 Remote 48v 410AH Trojan L16RE Lead-acid batteries breakers and bypass switch Hello, Can you give me a breakdown and cost of installing for a small household: Total consumption less than 1,000watts. I want magnum inverter and Trojan batteries. A system that I can integrate solar panels to at a later date. A system that can power twice my energy needs. That can sustain for at least 12 hours at 70% charge. Thanks. |

bennieman: You guys should endeavour to double check stuff before calling a dog a bad name in order to hang it.
I have been using gtb internet banking since 2009 along with a couple of other banks own.
I must commend gtb for their continuous innovativeness which constantly places them ahead of fraudsters. In my opinion, I think that is one of the most efficient and safest platforms in the country.
As for downtime, I have used it several times this week up to yesterday and it worked fine so the OP's issue may be as a result of his phone network issue. And I doubt if any organisation in Nigeria that is web related does not have network issue occasionally. I beg to differ !!! Union Bank platform is the safest and most innovative. I know. |

GAZZUZZ: what works for me
1.from experience only high end diagnostic tools will read out data from your vehicle, find someone who uses launch or equipment specifically designed to diagnose Toyota to solve this problem. https://images02.olx-st.com/ui/3/78/96/1399534240_642527296_1-nulllaunch-x431-i-v-master-diagnostic-tool-computer-scanner.jpg
2.Buy tokumbor its 400 a piece lasts for years.
3.you have a partial contact, get a smart sparky to find it.
4. If you solve problem 1, you will understand problem 4.
5.Rule out the Exhaust by going under the car and looking for dark patches along the exhaust this will indicate a leak, or go under have someone start engine and listen for leaks.
OR you bought tires meant for OFF road they are very noisy. https://www.cartoq.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/tyre-choices-photo.jpg
6. you have excessive air pressure in your tyres
7.For this one roll up your sleeves go under the car if you don't know the name take a picture we will tell you what is leaking and what to do about it. 8.what does your car manual say?
9. so much rubbish in the market, i really cant tell you what to buy, but enter any Toyota dealership, their pads are expensive but will last way longer than the after market type, while saving your rotors from damage.
good luck. thanks so much. Are you in Lagos? Can we meet? |
Car Talk › Re: My 2002 RAV4 Issues by Unionised(op): 9:09am On Oct 16, 2014 |
lomomike: These issues are some reason why one could just become depressed. I Feel your pain bro
1 your headlamp burning off constantly, have you gone thru your owner's manual to see the specified/recommended bulb type? Do that and make a change to the genuine type. Also, it could be that your electrical fixtures for your headlamp is breached, short circuited, loose earth wire or bypassed and a relay installed. Check and revert to factory settings.
Ok Sir. I think I will download a comprehensive manual and study it.
2. Your tyre pressure. What is the Pressure in Each tyre? Once you've noted the Pressure level on each tyre, go to the driver's side B pillar and look at the area under the lock/hook mechanism to determine the Cold Tyre Pressure rating indicated (my own cars recommends 30Psi for all tyres) next, check the tyre specs on that label near the lock/hook mechanism in the B pillar, you'll see the Tyre type specified for your car. Take note of the tyre spec and compare with the new tyres you purchase for consistency or inconsistency. Let's start from the small bit before progressing to the greater deals.
Doing that right now. Will get back to you.
3. As for your Dashboard lights keep going off. The hazard, gear, ac, radio indicators all keep going off and on till you tap on the dashboard, It seem as if wires have been severed, rusted, breaching, short-circuited, or earth wire is loose or loose terminal point. Check and trace your harness to discover the culprit.
By harness, do you mean the board/circuitry? Will talk to my mech.
4. I don't know of brass type or any type brake pads, replace your brakepads with genuine OEM brand meant for Toyota Rav4 2002 model.
Where do I get that? I live in Lagos.
5. The issue of hubs, check the hubs for grease, worn out ball bearings and joints, etc and replace if worn out.
Does this mean I don't have to change the whole Hub?
6. As for the engine oil, and filter, I replace my filters anytime I change my oil. I don't go about using old filters with new oil. But how frequently do you change oil? |
