IGBOSON1: ^^^How convenient........Perfect timing! The same way Chibok's principal was away to maidugiri when her girls were bundled away ![]() ![]() |
DrDauda: It seems like you lack d ability to comprehend simple english language, pls correct me if am wrong; secondly, pls learn to mind your own business, so u don't carry another man's cross or trouble.LOL! Carry another man's trouble? As in u will track me down or what? All i am saying, we have attacked Zuby enough, its high time we moved on with our e-life. Its insulting telling him that until hunger divides his waist, he will open it on his own |
DrDauda: By the time hunger divide your waist into 2, nobody go tell u to open up your website, na you go use your hand open am.After u will say u r joking. It hasnt got to this stage of jokingly insulting him, if u visit the site, u will see that people still comment on each update, that is to show that some people subscribed to the page. We are all 'mad' he locked d website with d subscription, but insulting him whether jokingly or purposedly for that is uncalled for. For us that cant subscribe, i believe all we have to do is just forget everything about globalrun, unfollow this thread, remove the site if u had it bookmarked on ur browser, and before u know it u will forget that u have ever come across zuby and his story |
Obiagelli: even though the writer was stupid to tag biafra in his article, the Aussie sure has some information about boko haram and its sponsor, what is the Federal government doing about it?Look at it from this angle, how can Boko Haram tell the Aussie their "real" sponsors knowing that that will surely cut their source of money especially now that they have started gaining more towns which will require more money to maintain. Since the Aussie said boko haram told him, they might have told him the wrong guys to divert attention |
Op, i dont think it has to do with PDP. Truth is that T.A Orji truly never had d development of Aba in mind. If an Ngwa man from PDP wins the guber race next year, tell me the reason he wouldnt do these roads? Its a pity that Abia has a governor in Orji |
So no defence reinforcement? Be it central defender or defensive midfielder? So we are stuck with Arteta n Flamini(with a combine age of 60+) to provide cover for the defence? Arsenal will always be Arsenal |
Ozil was playing with Ronaldo, Sanchez was playing with Messi. Now, Ozil and Sanchez are playing with Sanogo ![]() ![]() |
One pesin fit dey for 100 groups. No b naija we dey again? Who no wan chop National Cake? ![]() |
its a good thing to see that no one either PDP or APC takes this guy serious again. By this guy i mean Fani Kayode and Cramjones |
Inasmuch that Arthur1000 is right, but the refuses are being dumped discriminately by the citizens of the state. The years we lived in Aba, there used to be a burrowpit along Aba PH exp way, but must people will leave the burrowpit and be dumping refuses on the Aba PH exp way. Look at how they have turned Osisioma park axis. Look at Alaoji, people count millions daily there but the environment is nothing to write home about. Any bad portion of the road in Aba is quickly turned to a refuse dumb. An Aba Nairaland resident will come here blaming Govt, afta he must have sent one of his children or househelps to go dispose dirts, does he care to know where the dirts are dumped? The blame wouldnt go solely to the state govt(maybe he shd be blamed for the poor state of infrastructure), the citizens deserve some too. |
I hope the case keeps getting adjourned and they keep staying in kirikiri. What nonsense!! |
Thank God he is stillplaying football and not his gratuity they want to scam him. Even if, that doesnt warrant this scam. What is happening with Chime's govt these days? |
Why she go run go file d divorce for London, na London dem for marry? Now if she succeed, dem go say make dem share the private jet(if any) into two, the university(if any) into two. Well, pastor chris go claim say na church get all the properties. Its a pity!!! |
prophylaxis: ot from a reliable source, dt d meeting dt d president called for on d prevention of ebola b d states dt ameachi didn't attend neiither did he send a representativeBros, u check am nah! Would attending d meeting make the governor omnipresent to have known that an Ebola patient is flying into the state? If he had blamed RVSG of being complacent after the Ebola was discovered, that would have made sense but blaming it for EVD patient entering the state, lol! Wike can do better |
And u just decided to copy n paste another person's experience as yours here. Cc Mynd44, ngwakwe n afam4eva do the needful |
Dreal1247: But why is it that no one heard of anyone contacting ebola in Port Hacourt? We only woke up to hear of the death of a victim. They are now scoring cheap political points against Amaechi. He should place the welfare of the populace above his personal interest. Can you imagine that he did not attend the meeting called by the president? The diplomat flew in thru d airport. Who is responsible for checking passengers at d airport of ebola? D people at the Lagos isolation centre who noticed that the diplomat had disappeared from isolation never raised alarm or declared him wanted n now u want to blame Amaechi for not going to meet FG. Would his meeting with FG made the diplomat to change him mind or the late doc report that he was in contact. We can only blame Amaechi if they havent taken any action since the case was reported. We need to come together and fight this ebola and not use it to score political points. PDP/Obuah/Needam/Wike failed woefully on this one |
Demdem2:LOL! Now they are holding a TAN rally in the city now, wouldnt it have been better cancelling the rally? Though i have sympathy for GEJ led govt but this is just not fair |
Ok, i just tuned in now to Nigeria Info Ph and in one of their News article, it was the voice of the Minister of State for Education blaming Gov. Amaechi for the outbreak of Ebola in the state. He said that the state government didnt put in place safety measures other states in the country have put in place since the outbreak in Lagos. Pls, can someone else enlighten me on how best Amaechi would have prevented the diplomat from coming into Portharcourt? Because i am still trying to figure out what RVSG would have done that they didnt do? |
PassingShot: If na true, make he go spend am for the world beyond now that he's no more. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and a greedy doctor.Though i didnt ask further when someone told me that, what i know is that a lot of money surely changed hands that can warrant this secret meeting. The wicked doctor even took d man to d hotel when he has a private clinic he would have used (he didnt want his clinic to be infected, but he infected another man's hotel). The wickedness of man sha! |
SLIDEwaxie: Post everything here..LOl! I checke d d link, d other story doesnt concern the headline. Its about ADF abi AFB donating money for ebola case |
That doc go dey do abortion join. Rumor had it that he was paid 10million by d diplomat |
siokpe: I am not Igbo but I believe, Ikwerre, Wawa, Mbaise, Aro etc are all dielects of Igbo. They are not a tribe of its own. The politics of "Iam Igbo, I am not Igbo" going on in the former Eastern Nigeria is all about resource control. Who is Igbo then? Every language is like that. The more you drive away from the centre, the more dialectics changes in the Language and that explain why the owerri Igbo is slightly different from the Ikwerre Igbo and so on. But the Igbo people should put their house in order before a foriegner impose a strange history on them. I understand the post civil war dealt a blow to Igbo nation by splitting time along many lines thereby making them weak. If there was war in Yoruba land, I am sure the Ijebus, Ondos, Ekitis, Ijeshas, Akokos will start singing a stand alone music.Thank you! Thats wat i was trying to let the Op know in one of his threads |
Seriously, i am not impressed with Imo state being no. 9! Is that not an all time low? |
lalasticlala: ITs greatly monitored. i guess d governors wouldnt want to b scrutinizedstill monitored by angels or Nigerians? When d governor can easily give the monitors some % of d fund. Even if the monitors are strict christian/muslim and refuse d gift, the governor can still embezzle d funds and damn the consequences |
There is more to this than the states just contributing and then getting 100% of what they contributed. In a country where majority of the state governors are thieves, what stops them from even using their own 'stolen' billions as d contributory sum and then make away with d capital and income? Imagine our governors being begged by UBEC to come and collect billions of naira!!!!! |
Ikwerreboy: Oh am very sorry for that, i really misunderstood you.centrally? As in communicate in Igbo. Central Igbo here means d Igbo all d different dialects or groups( ie. Ngwa, Onitsha, Nsukka, Abakaliki even Ikwerre<according to some school of thought> etc) in Igbo use to communicate amongst themselves. I have Ikwerre friends that havent left PH for once but they speak and understand Igbo, but once the Igbo person switches to his dialect, the Ikwerre person doesnt understand. PS: It doesnt happen only to Ikwerre, an Orlu/Nsukka/Abakaliki etc man wouldnt understand an Nsukka/Orlu/Abakaliki etc man when he speaks Nsukka/Orlu/Abakaliki etc |
chy101: Peter Obi actually transformed the politics of Anambra for good..LOL!! Obi! In dat Dora Akunyili's burial thread where i mentioned about Obi wearing people's face, now this!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Ikwerreboy: You're stupid, what you are saying is that Ikwerre now speaks central igbo or what? why cant imo state igbos understand ikwerre?.LOL!!! Its a pity u misunderstood me. What i said is that a school of thought has it that Ikwerre is a dialect of the Igbo Language just like Ngwa, Mbaise, Orlu; Nsukka etc are all dialects of Igbo language. The reason why an Ikwerre man can communicate with an Ngwa man centrally, they will speak and understand each other but once the Ikwerre man speaks Ikwerre, d Ngwa man would find it hard to understand, also once an Ngwa man switches to Ngwa, d Ikwerre man would find it hard to understand too. PS: I think i deserve an apology for u calling me stupid, but i'm not forcing u to. We are just discussing n learning. Mekaa!!!! |
Ikwerreboy: Asin? clear me. what do you mean.what u and other ikwerre person understand is central igbo, but once it gets to igbo spoken by different dialects/ igbo groups (eg mbaise, ngwa, nsukka, abakaliki etc) u wont understand it. Dat is d reason some school of thought still insist that ikwerre is a dialect/group of Igbo |
Ikwerreboy: Have stayed in abia state as a student for 3yrs now.U can only understand d central igbo when spoken but never the dialect of your host community |
