you guys are being clever by a half with this insinuation that Obi only saved money without doing anything. The same money that other governors embezzle, that was what Obi saved. He built infrastructures, paid salary and pensions(the yardsticks used to judge governors) but still saved money.

Some persons know that the house they are currently staying is bringing bad luck to them but they can't leave immediately cos many can't forgo their remaining rent in the landlord's hand or are already broke that they can't afford to pay for a new one year plus the other charges that come with it, so they rather remain there instead of going out to pay another 1 year to a new landlord
