Bro! There is a difference being an APC member and voting for an APC candidate. Being an APC member, u r a card carrying member, registered to ur ward as an APC member and attends all her party meeting. That's different from an ordinary citizen who isn't a member of APC, who has a voters card and only come out to vote. There is also a difference from having a voters card and seeing ur name on d list of registered voters on INEC list.

Oputa, Charles (Charly Boy) Oputa has explained his
reason for storming out of a colloquium organized in
honour of his late father by the Imo State
government on Wednesday.
At the event, Charley Boy suddenly stormed out of
the tributes event held at the newly built
International Conference Centre in Owerri. Speaking
with some journalists in Owerri, Charly Boy accused
Governor Rochas Okorocha of trying to use his
father’s burial to score cheap political point,
describing him as a deceit.
He said the government held a colloquium in honour of
his late father and that despite his earlier warning
that the burial should not be politicized, Governor
Okorocha gathered all the members of his political
party and wanted to turn the event into an APC rally.
The event, tagged Day of Tributes for Late Oputa,
which saw Governor Rochas Okorocha, his deputy,
Eze Madumere; Senator Chris Ngige; national chairman of the All
Progressives Congress,APC, Odigie Oyegun, former deputy governor
of Imo State, Dr. Douglas Acholonu, and many dignitaries present.
Trouble however started that Wednesday evening when the master
of the ceremony announced that the next person to speak would be
the national chairman of APC, Oyegun. No sooner had the APC boss
mounted the rostrum than the angry Charley Boy fumed about how his
father’s burial was being turned into APC event.
He suddenly rose from his seat and stormed out of the event taking his
siblings and family members along

Ur very correct bro! For d aptitude test drop out, i am one of them. I havent passed any computer based test i have written, d two i have managed to pass were written with pencil or pen. For d interview drop out, i am also one. For one, i got pass d aptitude test, d 1st interview(after many blunders), then i was dropped after d 2nd interview. How did it happen? It was scheduled on a sunday afternoon, i didnt eat b4 going cos i thought it will be done early, but it got to my turn around to 11pm, i was hungry,famished etc, n i believe that was what made me to be dropped cos i performed extremely poor cos of hunger. For d 2nd one, after d aptitude test, they sent us a material to download n prepare for d interview, d period i downloaded mine, i fell sick! I couldnt study anything, even with d lil i tried reading n convalescing, i embarked on d trip 4rm ph to lagos. Long story cut short, it got to my turn, d format d chinese guys put d question threw me off balance(i got to find out in d course of d interview that i never knew d title of d material), since then its being computer based tests n i have not being succeeding. But i am optimistic dis 2014. Forgive my long story, just had to pour my heart out. Thanks. #UnknownT
