Why is the subject of Abba Kyari's involvement or non-involvement in a crime related indictment a subject of public opinion?

Why is the media helping to stoke the flame in a matter that is subject to Legal Proceedings which is already in progress?

Why does everyone feel like they have something to say about an issue that is a matter of law and facts?

So a certain officer of the law (who knows what an indictment is) has been indicted by the FBI... So what? Is there something else going on that we don't know about?

What happened to allowing the laid down guidelines and rules of engagement taking it's due course? Why are meaningless events always getting politicized for nothing?

The last time I checked, an indictment has not been juxtaposed with conviction and sentencing. So, what is all the fuss about?
