On the contrary, no such words came from her all the while till she deleted me from bbm and also stopped picking my calls. Those excuses came up 8 months later after I came online. And hope ure also aware that she kept advertising here but mine never showed up and no explanation was given, rather threats and insults.

I am sure you have heard of innocent people going to jail for a crime they didn't commit? Cases are not won in court based on whether you are innocent or not, most time than not it is won based on technicalities.

This is not a matter of Saraki's lawyer being intelligent or not. It is for the judge to determine. And it is very easy! His own court has been ridiculed by Saraki, by not appearing in the dock, even though he soft pedaled on the issue of "arrest" on Friday by not formally notifying the police. However it is now a straight fight between the Judge and Saraki! Let's see who blinks first!
