Threatening to leak someone's nudes unless she gives you money is blackmail and it's a federal crime. In sane societies this guy would be in jail by now.
However if I were to be the girl, I'd call his bluff and tell him to leak it. If you pay him, he's just going to keep extorting you anytime he needs money. But if he decides to leak it now the whole shame will pass away within a month and he won't have any other hold on you.
