am in support of this , private school teachers better open up now or remain subservient to them slave masters private school owners. we need come together seek media both social and mainstem to air our voices louder so that govt and labour can wage into what renumeration packages for private school teachers should look like, if you can't adhere to it then stay out of the business.

I'm a private school teacher. And I think your analysis above is flawed

Unless you are a private school owner or you just want to justify this wicked fraud against noble teachers.
1, I understand most schools collect their fees on installments. I can categorically tell you that for Nigerian private schools concerns, the population per weekly attendance once after mid term break ; a largely significant number of students/pupils has paid and cleared their tuition fee.
2. Nigeria private schools owners can never allow a child to sit for terminal exams without clearing it's debts , you Will surely never find that child in the exam hall. Realistically %96 pupils you see in the exam halls had cleared.
3. There are some cases where some parents that has been trying or faithful maybe had some downtime evidently made known to the school management would have been allowed their kids to continue , they are the ones that fall into the other part of the %96.

This certainly doesn't work for most private schools in Nigeria. At least, not for where I work. Since most private schools are patronized by families that live on somewhere below the middle class income range...

This is exactly what most of this private school owners will always schemishly tell their teachers. But if make your indept findings as a teacher you will discover a significant number of students had cleared. Now you ask why then are they still owing , some wicked ones will delay it for days/weeks after your salary due date. Why because some of them want be big business, real estate owners and travel abroad by all means .

Every honest proprietor is supposed to have paid it staff their February, March and April salary in full plus even necessary bonus because they collect their fees per term and this money is paid in whole and they normally demand this money (fee drive) from second week of resumption and their dead line for payments is always that first month of resumption and the lockdown started towords ending of March , almost all school's does this.

In other words %96 percent of schools in Nigeria have already collected their pupils school fees before the covid-19 lock down.

To show How wicked black man can be most of the proprietors/proprietress have dubiously refused to give their staff their complete payment for April, May. Most school owners are not always honest to their workers because no regulatory bodies beams their watch light on them.

So if you are a teacher you teach in a private school and you did not receive your April and may salary from your director , just know you have been cheated.

Due to no active regulatory bodies that watch over private schools owners labour force activities. most school owners dubiously have refused to pay their teachers their complete salary for march April and may.

Well, that's not the issue now. I have listened to the music too and it was a nice artwork BUT Rema made a very big mistake of disrespecting an elderly woman who we all know as Mama G.

How did Rema disrespect Mama G? I know that's the silent question you're asking right now. Here's how he became disrespectful. In the first verse of his latest hit single titled "woman", he said, "One wey dey do me witchy, witchy, She dey do like Patience Ozokwor" according to his lyrics there.

Just in case you don't know, he's directly or indirectly referring to Patience Ozokwor as a witch which is not a good thing. His fans dropped few reviews telling him what he did was totally wrong and he should learn to use words properly while some were saying it's just music and nothing more.

To me, it's not just music because we all know that when artists have clashed, they do abuse each other using music and the other party would surely know he's being abused then he/she would decide if they'll reply or not.

Well, we haven't heard from Mama G on what she's going to say about this but if she finds it annoying, trust me Rema is in big trouble because Mama G is a very well known and well respected Nollywood actress.

Please pray Mama G doesn't find Rema's statement annoying and if she does, pray for Rema.

With the look of our present condition now in Nigeria as well as worldwide, all schools are on lockdown starting from creche up-to the highest level which is the university and also the NYSC.

I know you'll be wondering if I know what I'm saying when I said all schools should be closed forever, Yes! I know what I'm saying and I have a few points to buttress it.

Right now in this present situation, no school is open and we all are living fine, both the graduates and the undergraduate. One thing about we humans is that we don't know how easy or how important something is until we're forced to do it and then we eventually see the benefit in it.

In Nigeria, we have a lot of graduates out there who finish school with first-class and they're still roaming the streets, not to talk of millions of graduates that finished with good grades but not with first class.

Imagine the pain of going through stress for years and also paying tuition fees and at the end of the day, you finish schooling expecting a good job, a better life but unable to get a good job. That's very annoying.

I'm not saying schooling is a bad thing but please permit me to say "schooling in Nigeria is a very big scam". If you reason well with what I'm trying to say, I'm sure you'll understand a little bit of my point if not all.

All the money used for paying tuition fees, why not use it to start a business and invest in it? I still respect the Igbo tribe for their way of living. If they luckily found a huge amount of money, the first thing that comes to their mind is how to start a business and which business they can start and invest in.

My dear brothers and sisters, please try to reason with me on this. Schooling in Nigeria is not an option and all schools should be closed down with immediate effect.
