If it too good to be true...... A 2007 Pathfinder will clear for about 500k How could they sell for 500k? How much they buy? ship? and make profit? Don't be taken for a ride while trying to buy a ride. |
The 1998 model are fine and no known gear issues as far as i know. Has the same engine as the babyboy. u should be ok. Super reliable. The car will take car of you if you take care of it. Good luck out there. |
Billyonaire: Did they say the $50,000 was used for illegal purchase or was the $3.6m used for illegal dealings, do you find out that ? What if someone needs to buy a home that cost that amount using the embassy staff as a broker ? Is there any law yet in US saying no embassy staff should be used as broker, am not in support of money laundering, but all am saying, USA has been very intolerant with Nigeria and Nigerians lately, can they tell us what is biting them ? Are they losing Oil bloc bidding to China ? IS the Halliburton contracts not coming ? Are we seeking space satellite and nuclear energy resourcing from Russia and not USA, Nairalanders should stop being myopic and start searching for causes and not effects, your enemy will punish you severely for stealing his needle while letting his friends steal his trucks with impunity. Look beyond a mile, peopleYou obviously have not lived in a decent society. any large transaction can be done via wire transfer or bank draft. And if someone want to buy a house but using the embassy staff as a broker, that QUALIFIES for Laundering! He/she should just wire directly to the staff's account and the staff can take it from there. Not to the account of the country. You are not sounding very smart! |
For whatever reason the funds are withdrawn, i SEE no reason in the US economy to take out so much money. USA has been a cashless economy for a long time. You can always swipe your card anywhere (7-11, small liquor store) to buy anything. And if you go abroad, you can use your card. Even here in Nigeria. I DOUBT EVEN BILL GATE CARRY SUCH AMOUNT IN CASH! |
Simple. Find someone in the business that can show you the ropes. Might be tough finding one at first but you will eventually see one. Regards |

In a very simple analogy, Zip Code is like an area code of a City It helps in dispatching letters to the appropriate city Regards |

Naija is about 900k. Cotonou should be about 50k-100k less Good luck out there |
Don't waste your money. The best guess i could think of at the moment is something called "COLD START VALVE" Its job is to tell the brainbox/injectors to supply more petrol cos the car is cold. And less when warm. That is why you have no problem starting the car after driving it. Find below the picture where its located and what it looks like Good luck out there

zoomzu: Fellow Nairalanders, my question is buttress on how long and what distance one could drive a write hand care in Nigeria because the FRSC Official does not even listen that you just clear this vehicle upon showing all the documents and having paid your duty to the purse of the Federal Government who in the first instance allow this vehicle into the country. I believe, there should be permissible period and distance this vehicle could go (intra state) before being converted. Please, what is your take on this? is there a law guiding it? Is FRSC just exploiting people?Hi, Because the vehicle is allowed in the country does not mean it can be driven. Its the responsibility of the driver to make sure that the vehicle driven is SAFE to operate on the road regardless of how long you had it. If the FRSC exploits you, i think they have a reason (right or wrong). From safety stand point, you cannot use hand signal properly cos you are on the other side of the car. The driver behind you cannot see you. For instance if you are trying to tell the driver behind you to slow down via hand signal. So regardless of how long the vehicle is in the country, ITS NOT SAFE TO BE OPERATED! Its like saying that a tokunbo car does not have brakes, how long can i drive it on the road? If you wanna drag it, the FRSC will be right. So just settle for now and convert quickly. Good luck with your new car. |
Hi, I have been a Prelude fan for year. When i say years, i mean years. Although, i have never got around to actually owning one, but i still haven't crossed it out of my "bucket list" yet. Just not yet. The best year i would advise you to get is either a 1994/95 model years. And if you have to get the "new" body style, you should get the 1998 model. I have paid particular attention to its reliability record hence my advise. So it were my money, i will be open to all options in sourcing MY prelude. You can have fantastic deals from salvage auctions (as long as you don't just get anything) just be discriminatory in your selection. and of course all other sources that might be available. You are trying to strike a balance between saving cost and getting what you want that can serve you. Remember that Preludes (unlike Accords or Civics) are very limited in production numbers in the 1st place. Hence, why you should cast your net wide open in terms of choices and acceptability. If you need help in sourcing one, you can revert back also. Meanwhile, check out my site: www.americanautobuy.com Good luck in your search |

Good talk. But the analysis should take into consideration that this is a V6 Accord which tends to be slightly cheaper that the 4 Cylinder. Also, make sure that you are getting the real deal. That there is no problems with the car or so. 1999 - 2003 V6 Accord TENDS to have gear issues. Congratulations with your new car. Regards |
Hi, Its kinda hard to know how "new" or "old" you want your car to be. but a 1999-2001 CRV is a perfect fit. Expect to drop like N1.3 on the average for a good one. As for the RAV4, i will suggest a 2004-2005. Expect to drop like N2.2 on the average. I will advise to to stay away from 2001 - 2003 RAV4, they are PRONE to gear/transmission issues. Good luck out there. Regards |
Never done business with them but i think they are authentic. However, we can help you with whatever your request is. www.americanautobuy.com |
bambamlala: Cars have been bought already, just need to ship them in and clear them in nigeria. Can I have an idea of the figure I am creeping into for shipping?and also is d cost of shipping same for all 4 vehicles and wat is d duration of sailing or shipment?Thats no problem. For the 2012, i will advise we ship them V.I.P that will run you $1,400. the others can go regular shipping @ $1,200. The there is trucking charge which depends on the location where the vehicle is. It varies. Will need a zip code to give you proper estimate. We can also do the clearing. the 2012 R.R.S can be as much as N4m and the FX at N3m. Outlander will be N300k and the Tundra will be N220k. Remember you have the option of using your own agent. Our service charge(s) depends on what we have to do. We can just help you ship and hand you the papers and you clear or we can help you with the clearing. We will also need a copy of the title (front and back) to be able to get a booking for the vehicles. Let me know if you have any other question(s) Regards |

ayoseun552: Well i dont have a camera if you are interested come for inspection period.Isn't it much easier for you to find a camera (even if you have to borrow form a friend) and post pictures as being requested than asking people to leave their house to come for inspection? Why should it be so hard to put up few pics on Naija ground? Unless of course you are not ready to sell .Even China phones have camera with them. Good luck with the sale. Regards |
Your best bet is to settle for a very nice Naija used or get a salvaged one. Salvaged that will not give you any issues can be sourced. Any 2008 as you have specified will cost you about N4.2m Salvaged one will cost you N3.2m That N2.9 will not fly either way you go unless its Naija used. Good luck in your search. www.americanautobuy.com |
It has happened to me before. Although its not a honda. I am ALMOST certain that you Brainbox is History. Try and see if you can find one to "borrow" and test before you buy yours. The numbers on the brainbox must be exact! to work properly. Good luck. Regards |

Nickonomakaveli: Is it possible 2 get a toyota sienna dat is manual driveNO |
Try and switch the tires in an X pattern and see how it works. The owner's corner tire comes to the front driver side. The passanger front comes to the back behind the driver (Owner's corner wife) See how that works out. Otherwise, wheel balancing or new tires might be what you will be looking at. Regards |
