Lampard had his faults but you shouldn't think Tuchel can't meet glitches on his way. In fact we were a bit lucky with that Sheffield win as their attacker missed a point blank chance in the opening minutes and also thanks for the subsequent call for that PK.

Lampard also won Spurs last season away from the Bridge, don't forget that.

Let's pray against injuries, so that his system won't cast when key players get injured and some fans start grumbling again.
But also lost 3: 0 to the same Sheffield United Last Season

MOTM?
Between Werner, Mount and Chris for me.

I'll give it to Werner, as he created both goals.
Also Kovacic, Although his final output was lacking

Tuchel came and saw what reasonable Chelsea fans have been seeing between Mount and Fraudvertz.

Only fools will argue otherwise.

Mount starting again, if he dare score or assist, then it's over for Fraudvertz in Chelsea.

No matter how good you are as a manager, you can't develop or improve a lazy player who isn't ready to work.
Kai has been injured.

Keep the same energy when he gets back

There's nothing wrong here Tbh. He's obviously from the academy so they need to hype him up a little. Arsenal does same with Saka and

Would prefer the energy is deployed towards CHO who I genuinely think is a bigger prospect than Mount

Abegi. 3 players could easily have been MOTM yesterday - Mount, Reece and CHO (based on his first-half performance alone). But if they had given it to the other two, it would not have been "their own" right? You see why I think you are conspiracy filled?

Last week CHO was MOTM. Was that awarded because it was "their own" or is this all still on the anti-Mount matter?
Of course, Just gonna ignore Jorginho and Kovacic.

Whatever metric was used to rate Mason should be used in rating Werner as they were both similar in their performance

But nobody's gonna say it

Mount played a lot behind Werner and Hudson-Odoi, and he was often ahead of J5 and Kovacic, somewhere in/around the middle of Spurs' half. He would often position himself to receive the ball on the half turn, which is something he does very well by the way.

At least that was the case for most of the 65-70mins I watched.
Well he was part of the front 3 and not the midfield. He tends to drift a lot; maybe that why u saw him in the midfield.

I do agree with you on the turn though, its something he does really well especially as it creates space for others

Why should we waste our time explaining? BT Sports gave him MOTM and you think there is a conspiracy. I mean, how low does this shit have to go before it starts to become extremely stupid engaging in it?
Nope

Just the usual British agenda with one of their own.

It isnt even helping him at the moment cos he seems too eager on his final balls.

I thought he was undeserving of a MOTM and would really entertain a contrary view. Looks like the bar is low for him

His performance was way up there with the best performers in the game. So if he gets it, I am okay.

Those who don't have a thing against Mount are not saying he doesn't deserve, despite them saying they would give it to someone else. Those who don't like Mount are the ones saying he doesn't deserve it.

I don't know what is wrong with you guys. This guy just turned 22 3 weeks ago. Just free him. If you go out and buy a Bruno, then Mount will not play. We all know that. But until that happens, Mount gets full support all the way. Even Tuchel that arrived 5 mins ago has already seen this. But you are still waiting for when Kai will bring intelligence.
In what way please?

Well quite a number of fans feel he was MOTM...as for me though, I personally feel Kova was the MOTM. Jorgo and Mount come really close. The midfield three was awesome today.

Also I didn't watch the full game so maybe my judgement isn't perfect.
Only 2 in the midfield.

Mount was an inside forward/false 9

From the few matches I have watched on Werner, he does not like crowded 18 yard boxes, he wants to be released into space, most times he makes runs and the ball does not come. His confidence is low yes, but the midfield needs to start supplying our attack with the right ammunition rather than holding or running unnecessarily with the ball.
Nice Observation

Too early for me, Spurs aren’t exploiting the midfield gap as they do. We’ve seen the combo in the past as mediocre, TT setup & tactics is really working well thus far.
Cos they are not letting them have the ball

What is the productivity in all of these?
The ones that runs like headless Chickens create goal bound chances, scores & recover loose balls for the team and that is what a team need to win games and get maximum points.
If we have 4 Kai Havertz in this current Chelsea squad, we would be battling relegation spot with Westbrom & Fulham.

Stamina stats for real? shocked
You must be a joke of a football analyst!
The same Kai Havertz we watch on our cable tv, that can't stand on his feet? Someone who falls like a piece of paper at a slight ball contest?
The same FIFA stats once rated a top top footballer low compared to a less competitive player.

I am not even putting this up cos of my dislike for the player.
Stop playing the ostrich.

I put up those stats as a defense to most of the criticisms not as a way of rating the player.

P.s I wont be responding to your comments if u cannot be civil

Let's not forget that ibime and airmark didn't want chelsea to sack lampard

These are the same people with poor judgement that are criticizing user9

Especially that airmark, he has never recommended a player and that player became successful

Too many failed careers trail his judgements, he is the Charles barkley of this thread, anything he supports does the opposite

These guys watched us play nonsense under lampard and insisted that we stuck with him because reasons cheesy
You know.. I'll be the first to take a large dose of humble pie when proven wrong

But a lot of the arguments are lazy and not facts or stats driven.

For Instance, The match against Wolves; I could have sworn CHO ran the most as I saw him all the time running across wings, I had to review the match again to watch his (Kai) movement when I saw that stat.

The more u look at stats, The more u realise the guy has been falsely labelled, How in the hell do u cover 11.41Km in a match and someone says u were strolling, Check his heat maps, Same thing

The other day I was shocked when I saw his stamina stat (Check ur FIFA if u think I'm wrong). Do u need to be running around bursting your lungs like a headless chicken to prove you work hard. Working smart definitely beats hardwork

All of this I bring to the fore for a reasonable conversation, but they would just dismiss it with, Oh he looks lazy, He seems casual. His body language bla bla bla

He has obvious weaknesses just like every other player - but not the ones being discussed here ( well only one fits right)

Lampard's tenure is over, Move on and support the players; Blaming a single player especially one that is a long term investment would only compound your pain
