I live in northeast and am seeing lagos as my aptitude test. I will spend nothing less than 500k for the test cuz i can only travel to lagos with flight. I am already in the banking industry but not first bank. Why cant they have a centre atleast in Abuja?
Now I am contemplating, is it worth the trouble just for aptitude test.

Even in the paramilitary, with a good posting and an active mind, you can earn that same ₦1 million as a Level 08 officer even though it may not be consistent. You can encourage people in your own way, but don’t spread false information. If God permits, I’ll soon transition back to the private sector either oil and gas or the NGO. I’m a strong advocate of the belief that not everyone should work for the government, and I’ll sincerely encourage my children to explore the private sector early in their careers.

Me sef I’m in a dilemma. I got paramilitary offer last week and I’m in training school for a bank job now too(full staff). I’m finding it hard to choose cos it’s a thing of low pay and free time vs high pay and less free time. I don think the matter tire on which to forfeit

You see that money, it is 90% what bring the peace of mind that everyone is talking about. And bank can give you ×3 of paramilitary.
I have a friend that leave marketing as ET to Immigration, he is now regretting after 2 years and struggling to come back. I have numerous case with lecturers that are dying to come back. Government jo will gill your moral and productivity, you will feel redundant. Forget the extra time everyone is talking about, where is the capital that you will do the business in the extra time, where is the conducive environment.

Take it from some body that leave civil service and go to bank, I never regret that. Infact I am glad I did. Know your ways in the bank and sky will be your limits. By the time you will be earnings 1m/ month, your colleague in paramilitary are struggling with 300k for same years spent. And you have also good health, insurance, NHF,pension which you will easily access after retirement unlike civil servants.

So are you suggesting there are positions that have a provision for MSc.?

No, I mean most of the experience position has Msc as requirement or as added advantage. But the drop down has no Msc only BSs and HND. The five candidates I registered for, I put the Msc in Professionals certifications

Not more than 37yr. if you're , the calendar will not allow you to proceed. Minimum of 9 years experience also. So checke we'll before you make decisions. And they are all team leads openings.

It seems there's no provision to select MSc. degree and the class of degree (distinction/merit) on the NNPC recruitment portal for experienced hires.

Also the courses are limited as there is no Management/Biz management among the options. There should have been an "other" option to input unlisted courses, especially for MSc. courses that have several specializations/nomenclatures, especially with respect to foreign institutions.

Which category are you applying for. I know lead team,risk management and governance has no provision for Msc. I was surprised too. But I think othe lead opening has.

Admission seeking is solely on you. PTDF will not reimburse you for any Admission application fee. Some schools has zero application fee though. Some schools waive English requirements. Passport is also compulsory if not for application, for travel.

If I were you, I will not do anything. I mean any thing until I see the final list of Awardee. If your nama is there, everything thing else will be easier. Like some France schools need proof of funding. So you can use PTDF award letter. You also needs DAADs for German schools. So as I said, if I were you,I will wait first.

Please Those asking for securing admission should calm down. Admission seeking is the last thing you should worry about. You should concentrate on passing the interview now. Once you get the scholarship, everything fall in place. The schools, I mean every schools in those countries will be rushing you because of the money. Some schools in UK will even allow you to register even after close of registration. PTDF money is mad and they always deliver. Even if you didn't get admission, you can just differ to January or August next year and secure your admission calmly. So calm down and concentrate on your interviews.

You are to secure admission yourself. However, not a big deal as per as you get the scholarship, any school in those countries will be rushing you.

No, only those countries advertise. You can change schools in FRance,UK, German, to some extent. Note I said schools.

It doesn't matter, no body will ask you whether your transcript is students copy or other wise.
Just do your interview present your docs and go.

I think you are mixing things up. This are the categories that wrote the SHL test so far. But not all of them are invited for interview.

I don't think certification of foreign degree by foreign ministry will be possible. The email just come in yesterday and the are closing the portal tomorrow. So how is that possible. Also from all indications the interview will start next week, so it will still be very difficult for those that are not in Abuja to certify there foreign degree. Hope that criteria is not seriously taken by ptdf
