Which of the above would you recommend?
Programming / Help: How Good Is Salesforce Administrator Certificate? by Utonwanne(m): 4:11pm On Jun 23, 2023
Hello, my people, good afternoon.

So I have a friend that is undergoing Salesforce Administrator's certification. We know how the country dae. Nobody want to waste his/her time with a useless certificate.

She asked for my advice but I don't know much about this particular certification. She wants to know about the possibility of getting a job with a Salesforce Administrator's certificate, especially in Nigeria. Also, can one easily get a role working remotely - say US, UK, etc?

Is it advisable for her to continue with the program or to change to a more popular one? Thank you.

We had no business sacking Rohr few weeks before AFCON 2021, a tournament he qualified us for with relative ease(again).

I was of the opinion that he should have been allowed to play that tournament and then eventually sacked if he didn't take us at least the final. That should have been the ultimatum.

People complain about how he spent 5 years in charge of the team without winning a trophy but then I ask "How many tournaments were held during Rohr's time?". The answer is two. Just two tournaments i.e 2018 World Cup and 2019 AFCON.

Were you expecting him to win the 2018 world cup?

Were you expecting him to win the 2019 AFCON; a tournament which prior to his appointment we failed to qualify for in back to back editions?

Let's look at the AFCON stats:

2013 AFCON (Keshi): Winners.

2015 AFCON: Failed to Qualify.

2017 AFCON: Failed to Qualify.

Rohr was appointed and then:

2019 AFCON: Won Bronze(Third Place)

Eguavoen was appointed and then:

2021 AFCON: Eliminated at Round of 16.

Rohr should have at least been allowed to play AFCON 2021. His sack would have then been justified if he failed.

By sacking Rohr, NFF took one of the best decisions ever. Unfortunately, Paseiro seems worse.

It's time to sack Paseiro. Not just sacking, Nigeria need to ban him from entering our country and write to FIFA to withdraw his badge.

Even if he mistakenly score, it doesn't change the fact he has no business with SE

You too dey spit nonsense for mouth. You will remove a player that scored 17 goals in that same league for another with just 7?
Onauchu gave a man of the man performance against Chelsea and does score hattrick regularly in that same league. So dead that silly talk.
Onuachu not starting the last two games has nothing to do with form but the coach trying to satisfy the players who have been in the team for long.
No Edozie, Aribo too. So rest kid!

Lol, Onuachu is just like Simmy. No exceptional goal. He's of no use to our style of play. Gift is much better than him.

its not a fact... put Moffi in the current Napoli and Moffi will score similar to Osimhen..

It's not about who's is better its about "are they scoring goals" and the answer is yes..

its talks like that, that prevents Nigerian coaches from calling up good players...

you guys forget that they are not foreign born so their european career growth most times is gradual..

People here are saying nonsense like Osimhen should go to Chelsea or even E:ngland knowing fully well that if he goes to E:ngland they will turn him to winger or wing back and then the E:nglish media will label him a flop...

Players ought to earn their move to a better club. There's nothing put him there or here.

Forget about goals or not, Osimhen is much better than Moffi in almost all aspects of the game.

They are both Ours. I hope they can play together someday.

his age and value is the reason why he has not moved to a bigger league

His playing style is the major reason.

He can't really dribble in one-on-one situations, he's not fast and not too strong. Players like that are meant for average teams. Even when they are acquired by top teams, they don't last.

Hello.

I feel I’m impotent and I’m really worried. Extra worried. I’ve never had penetrative sex all my life and I’m 26. Since 2013, I’ve been a chronic masturbator. I felt it was safe since i read online that it had no side effect. So i felt I’m good till i was with my girlfriend. We tried having sex and I couldn’t penetrate her. I wasn’t hard enough. We tried several times again and it was the same thing. She broke up with me. Fast forward to February this year. I was with another babe, we linked up and tried to have sex but still the same thing. I felt I wasn’t attracted to her. Another in June and I wasn’t even erect one bit.

Then i got so worried. Went to the hospital, and the doctor said i was okay medically. Tried herbs and still didn’t feel confident. I read somewhere on nairaland where a guy saiid he used Zinc supplement. I’ve stopped masturbating. And I’ve been using the supplement too. But I’m really not convinced cos I don’t wake up with erections but when I’m awake, i get hard.

Please, I’m dying. I need help

Your problem is masturbation. Quit masturbation before you damage your sexual life. Your brain has become too accustomed to the touch of your hands with soap, cream, or whatever you enjoy using.

Also, the first dysfunction is causing a lot of anxiety and whenever you see Woman's body, you will be afraid not to repeat another show of shame.

You need to stop excessive masturbation and read about sexual anxiety like someone advised earlier. With this, you will understand your problem better and how to win over your fears.

I wish you well bro.

STOP MASTURBATION even if it requires going short time with Olos.hos grin I don't need to tell you to use condom.

Many here hv made claims of how ex international and current footballers cheats when it comes to age so why the sudden twist of tongue? He isn’t the first to indulge in such practice and won’t be the last

I wonder how many the npfl player who secured a move to the Swedish league and was mocked for being an age cheat hv sued since then

Still waiting for Kanu to sue his former boss at Portsmouth who openly stated though jokingly that the Nigerian legend was above 40 when he got him signed for the epl side then after leaving westbrom

To play for Liverpool as their main striker except he is going there as a backup. Napoli is actually a good team that osimehn needs to conquer before going to the next level. Osimehn hasn’t even scored 20 goals a season yet and a wrong move can possibly destabilize a player career I.e (Sanchez alexis)

If Oghene -Karo Etebo is average then what does that make the rest of the team

Etebo was at our last world cup one of the most outstanding performers if not the top performer in midfield.

Quick question;

Is Etebo world-class?

And again.... This is your K-leg logic sef.

The other day, I said that Adarabioyo is Average and you brought Awaziem into the topic. Today also, you had to squeeze in 'other midfielders' as if we dae do comparison. Abi you feel all of them can't be average? grin

Etebo is average and it's not even debatable.

By the way, 2018 world cup is more than 4 years old.

The difference between me and you .

You BELIEVE, but what's your belief anchored on ❓❓

I KNOW and my Informed decision is based on 15 years of participative involvement with English football.

Add to that I've been to thousands of coaching sessions primarily with English football league clubs. Can't count how many youth games I've been to at youth level both in the UK and Europe.

I could go on and on, l could tell you more , but there is no need.

Whatever you do or have worked is largely insignificant in the subject matter.

Football is simply business and buying/selling of players is anchored on Probability - 'believe and hopefulness'. That's reason Barcelona spent approx 300 Million on Griezman, Cotinho and Authur.

Your 'informed decision' is not absolute.

Like you said; I could tell you more but there's no need.

I don't think people understand how physically taxing and challenging the Championship is.

I thought that my once preferred number 1 Midfielder Etebo would rip the Championship and on a express highway to the EPL. But it didn't happen not sure why.

Ebeto is simply not good enough!

He has always been average at best
