oh, lol, i thought this was normal at childhood...associating colors with numbers....it was when in my early college years and i saw a childrens puzzle having to do with numbers which were all coloured...the puzzle was kinda easy for the average kid but i remember finding it difficult cos the colour combinations were all wrong (in my head)...i think i got very annoyed that day..lol....
though i v been unusually good with numbers...friends complain that i dont v a fonebook...for me i just remember the color combination at the moment i collected the person's umber and it just sticks...
to go a step further, these are the colors i see when numbers r mentioned

0 = black

1 = white

2 = green (light)

3 = yellow

4 = blue

5 = red

6 = orange

7 = ash/silver/grey

8 = purple/magenta

9 = red

I believe you want viewers to take your post serious....then cut out kiddies abbreviations like 'd', 'dos', 'Xplain', 'dat' etc. Its kind of distracting.You can write informally like this only if you talking with friends,penpals etc..Write this words in full..put your full stop where necessary too.

quite quite unnecessary

FeloniousFelon:
In as much as yorubas did nothing in Lagos to stop the awusas there going rampage last year with a former kano governor having the audacity to come down to Lagos to bail his awusa brothers arrested by the police in relation to the violent clash, we must remind the Afonjas on the importance of Ife as the spiritual capital of Odua to which the awusas are descreting with Yoruba chicken blood.

Before you scream "Enugu killings" let me remind you that the community in Enugu that came under attack is a very small and remote village of a few houses bordering Kogi state and does not hold any significance to Ndigbo other than those from that hamlet.

So how can we excuse the audacity at which your awusa brethren will take up arms to fight you yorubas in your most scared city?

Can the Awusa try this nonsense in any major SE city/town? Can Awusa take up arms to fight Igbos in Onitsha?

You cowards did nothing after awusa dealt with you in your agbereo infested Lagos and now we see the same Awusa running rampage in Ife of all places!

Can the Yoruba community stage a fight with the Awusa in Kano city just as the awusas did in Lagos?

Can yorubas living in Sokoto (the spiritual capital of the northern caliphate) do the same which your awusa overlords are doing in Ife?

Bloody cowards!

The Awusa know you guys as chicken hearted cowards and that is why they can fight you in Lagos and Ife and you will do nothing but run.

Good day House, I need you help.

First I am a first class Mechanical Engineer with 3yrs post graduation experience in manufacturing (Automotive) and Management industry.

The company I worked with downsized (or 'complete-sized') due to economic recession early last year.

I have been to couple of interviews but most are taking forever to complete the process. I presently make do with teaching GRE, GMAT and SAT exams which patronage is also dwindling due the same effect.

I know a lot of people here are well connected. All I need is help from someone with inside information. I am open to any reasonable engineering or business consulting role and I promise not to fail who so will help.

Urgency is key pleaseeeeeeeee. Thanks in advance.

Assuming your mum (I mean no insults) was the second wife, would you maintain this same perspective
enshy:
My Brother In Christ!
We Christians believe the scriptures only and obey.
In the beginning, he made them one man, one wife.
Now you are born again, your first wife is your wife if you have performed her marital rites, if not the whole context changes.
The second wife is adultery, if she has children for you, you must take responsibility for all children, for this is the Will of God! You dont just send her out, get her accommodation, speak to her and her family.
If you are sincere with God, he will direct your paths!

Who be dis sef. Read the topic of this thread very well, we are not discussing anything about Nigeria on here. Errrm...all what you wrote above is superstory lemme quickly put u in place.

Which effort do u expect me to put into this country(Nigeria)? Since I was born, I never benefited anything from this Nation, I was deprived of good social amenities, no freedom of speech, your voice cannot be heard by your leaders. Yes, I want to leave a luxury life but our leaders doesn't put such in place, look at yankee and other western countries..social amenities boku for ground they enjoy am and they pay back through taxes. Why can't our leaders do such for us then we will reciprocrate. The system go against the common man, its only the political class and the upper class benefited from it. So what effort are u talking about or you want me to be sowing where I won't reap abi. probably u are thinking of me joining LAWMA or KAI dey help dem pack refuse abi, u no serious.

Hmm...u talk about yankee been overcrowded. I swear, to slap u just dey hungry me, yankee can accomodate the entire Nigerian Citizens without complaining. Dem get land, opportunity plenty, go to oklahoma, Maine, montana and iowa plenty houses full der wey no see persin we go pack in. So what are u talking about. Be warned!!! Don't say what u don't know.

You talk of pontentials and natural resources, which natural resources are u talking about? Oil?
Yeye dey smell for your body, resources wey be say those politicians don shared within themselves. Do you know that oil doesn't have value any longer unlike before. If Nigeria truly have natural resources, why are u buying a litre of PMS at 150? I went to the gas to refill my gas last week I was told 1KG is now 800 yet we suppling ghana abundant of gas every now and then. So tell me, what's the essence of resources that we have and we can't derive enjoyment from it. Look at egypt, saudi, venezuela, russia and other oil producing nations, google the amount of money they buy a litre of petrol and compare it to that of Naija. Ogbeni, am tired am going to class, no come here to start speaking ill of my western countries o or else u dey look for trouble. Maybe u have smalll change for ya acct na hin dey make u dey do yanga shey naija don beta, smsh...yeye dey worry you.

Oh, you said naija is a frontier abeg wich frontier u dey talk of? Dis guy sef, I for yab u but for posterity sake I will let it slide.....sha don't come on this thread again

Eating more of fruits after 8pm is also good
sirRiddy:
I live close to the campus gym which is like few metres away from my residence.
But time no too dey. It is even worse this period wey to stand up for bed go work now
na wahala. I pay 171 dollars per semester for using the facility and I wish I can go there
more frequently.
Well, depending on your genes and eating habits, you can manage weight issues. Avoid eating
dinner after 8pm and eat small meals multiple times a day. Seems you are having fun, please
enjoy the moment. Life is too short. Your thread is very entertaining.

TravelRe: Expert Explains How To Survive "Almost Every" Plane Crash by uzoexcel(m): 7:05pm On Feb 20, 2017
I wonder what d procedure is for when the plane Is about to crash into the sea or ocean
Acmetek:
Almost all aircraft accidents are survivable – with 87.7 per cent of incidents involving zero fatalities – but there’s one step which can massively increase your chances, an expert has explained.
Last year, crew members who were pulled from the wreckage of the plane crash which wiped out nearly an entire Brazilian football team said they had survived by "following emergency protocol’ – while other passengers stood up and screamed.

Specifically, the crew members remained seated, and huddled over to protect from the impact.

Adopting a ‘brace’ position, where passengers curl over and fasten seatbelts will prevent many of the most severe injuries incurred in crashes, an unnamed plane safety expert told Mail Online.

The expert said, "When a plane crashes you have two impacts."
"The first one passengers feel is a tightening of the seat belt. But as the aircraft stops you continue to move forward.

"But it’s the secondary impact that’s critical. What will happen is that your upper torso will move forward. And in moving forward you will hit something.

"That’s certainly the case in economy class seats.

"The best position to adopt is one where you crouch down and reduce the movement of the head in a forward direction.

"Anything you can do to stop your upper torso and your head moving forward is the best position to be in.

"If you’re in an aircraft accident you have a very good chance of survival.

"Very few accidents involve total impact with the ground, and those that do are probably non-survivable."

More on the attendance app.....hw does it work
ezechinwa2:
First I would recommend you get this mindset "always assume your clients are lazy"
Why am I saying this? For instance your company sells a product, do they always come to your company to buy them? If yes, then you can suggest an online shop like konga or jumia which focuses on selling products to your customers at the comfort of their homes or offices and you guys make the delivery..

You can also create an attendance app ( I have already created one which works perfectly well if your interested).
This apps automates the attendance registration during meetings and my boss loved it.

They are lots of problems to solve with the knowledge of Csc all you have to do is find out what your company does manually and try to automate it.
