I could remember 13volts said it last year that the real shekau has been killed that this new person is an impersonator.

In one of his(the impersonator) videos, he claims their original leader/founder was killed and shekau a more hostile person ascend the throne of leadership, shekau was killed and he a deadlier person than shekau rose up, he said "if I am killed today, a more deadlier person than i am will rise up".

Take it to their local govt secretariat, ask for the CLO. Your Clo will register you and tell you to proceed to open your account to complete your registeration.
