Politics › Re: The Indisputable Fact About PEPT by Validated: 5:06pm On Aug 18, 2023 |
Stubborn82: The president of Nigeria are not the same with other president in the world, the nigerian president is like a monarch in disguise, he receives first hand, undiluted information then use it for his own advantage. During Jonathan time, some folks in the North was trying to impeach him, the information got to him from someone who is even part of the meeting which happenedto be one of the military General, then Jonathan quickly and instantly restrategise. Recall that after the election, Jonathan put a call across to Buhari to congratulate him, someting happened before that call that is not open to everybody. he has received credible information that, even if he fight, he will still loose, Jonathan look up and down, there is no hope, then he played very smart by conceded the defeat, thank God, his smartness pay him well. Let assume that Jonathan didn't receive first hand information, he would have fight dirty and shamefully lost. The truth must be said, you see this Presidential Tribunal thing, it's just a formalities control, in the second election that retained Buhari, there were lots of glaring facts that Atiku won, I don't know maybe many of you followed up the case, in fact the way the judges are stupidly trashing atiku case out, only the intelligent people will know that something has happened behind close door before the judges start the case, I saw Atiku weeping bitterly in the court, I can't but help also to cry, not for him but for the fact the last hope that he has isn't favourable to him. What am I trying to say is this, how the case will go or end, the president has been hinted, and if there is going to be any flaws on his side, they wil cause a delay to rectify it before the judgment day, even if it is obi or Atiku that is the president the same thing they will do, Nigeria has not reach the level of American democracy we are clamouring for, Nigeria has not openly assassinated any of her president before and you want that same democracy, ok dey play. One of the reason why Tinubu still quiet on his critics, especially the obidients and Atikulates, is that, he is waiting for the tribunal judgement to be pass, after that obidients will see shege with double banza. And many will be lock up and forgotten in the cell, even some of the PEPT judges will also lock some of the obidients up for threat to life. Here is the shocker, a bill will be pass shortly after the PEPT judgement, this bill will shock many people, I will not disclose that now. Any president of Nigeria always have PEPT under control. My advice to the aggrieved, is that, if you have the means, try and start to prepare your jakpa document, you can't rant in Nigeria o, try jakpa first and start ranting. Trust me Tinubu regime will not favour you but it will surely favours me. I come in peace. I think the first thing you need is a copy of Brighter Grammar. Then, go and take adult class in English language. Ehen, thereafter, you can come and comment on legal matters. |

Politics › How Tinubu's Incompetence Is Costing Us $3B Plus by Validated(op): 9:24am On Aug 17, 2023 |
When we tell people that Tinubu and his gang of thieves lack economic management skills, they called us wailers, IPOB, losers.
Now such a novice and bookkeeper interim president has plunged Nigeria into an avoidable $3B debt. The balablu bulaga and senile president floated the Naira without thinking of the consequences. Since then, Naira has fallen like a pack of cards to an all time low of N980 to $1 Now to defend his stupid policies, Nigeria had to borrow $3b .
When the tribunal sacks him next month, all those involved in the dirty processes that weakened the Naira to less than the cfa will be hounded in Kirikiri and Kuje prisons, including the INEC select himself.
You just imagine what $3b could have done for Nigeria. The coastal rail from Lagos to Calabar would have been 30-50% completed with such an amount. Funnily, the money would be drawn from oil producing communities who have no roads, no light, no water. Yet they see nothing wrong with it as long as they are given gateman job.
He appointed a mechanic as CBN governor in a country that boasts of seasoned economists. So my question is, after we blow this $3B, then $ will spiral again to another all-time high? Then we go and borrow another $3B to shore it up in 3 month's time? Is this sustainable?
Why remove Emefiele then? |

sexy74: Why will he not, have you ever seen a sitting president in Nigeria lose at the tribunal. Sorry, Kenya never had one until recently. Moreover, Tinubu is not a sitting president, but a temporary one. People like Elrufai saw it in advance and walked away leaving the space for hungry people like Keyamo. Tinubu himself hit the ground and got grounded. |

franklinjoseph: Everyday people tend to see something bad about our country Nigeria, but we fail to froget that Nigeria is a country and not human. People say that Nigeria is 51 years and we've not gone anywhere, but we fail to forget that 50 years is a very young age for a country. In my own point of view Nigeria is still a baby country. Just have a thought about how the USA would have looked in 1843, it would be far worse than Nigeria. America and other more developed are where they are because they have come of age. So my fellow Nigerians let's allow our country to grow and mature at it's time. It's just like comparing a 10 year old boy and a 40 year old man, there can actually be no comparism. God bless Nigeria! Op, so Benin city is only 36 years old because IBB created Delta and Edo state the. Stop being unintelligent please. The entity called Nigeria was established officially in 1914, so Nigeria is 109 years old. |

Nigerians with delusional analysis. You are analyzing cost but forget the revenue. What is the average earnings for a graduate in US, about $60,000. That is N57m. How much does a graduate earn in Nigeria? N840K, so how can you be comparing these two. Please, do not come here to talk of taxes. Average Lagosian pays about 22% PAYE yet have no option for tax refunds. In US, you are charged about 22-25% and with tax returns you could get back about 25 -50% of the tax deducted, sometimes higher. |

With initial gra-gra now backfiring, Tinubu and his mechanic CBN governor need to revert to Emefiele's intervention policy. Humility is a great asset, however "pride goes before a tragic fall."
Some of us warned this probationary government of novices and incompetence, but they termed us wailers. Today, $1 is heading to N950, while I&E window is still at N741. Now tell me the fool that will leave $1 ~ N980 and go and exchange for N741.
It is only a careless government that would proclaim two far reaching inflationary policies in a week, especially with global economic downturn. While other governments are providing palliatives and even subsidizing groceries for families, the awalokan people are dissing useless IMF policies.
Even IMF president's country of birth, Bulgaria is still subsidizing electricity and other services for her citizens, but the Bala Blu is busy seeking recognition abroad while he lacks credibility at home. |

Very stupid policy. So because I keep my funds in my account and instead of the bank to pay me interest you are now asking me to pay 1%. Why should I spend my money? Is it your money?
Okay, assuming your policy is accepted by the "incoherent Tinubu's government", what stops me from moving my account balance from GTB to Zenith, to First Bank and to UBA monthly. Then repeat the same again so that in a year, I will only have the fund in the same bank in three quarters. Worst still, what stops me from putting my fund in a safe in my secured village home? |

It is the turn of Edo Central. Edo and Delta rotate governorship. Shaibu knows that after 8 years of Oshomole, it was turn for Edo South, which produced Obaseki. So, Shaibu want Edo Central to wait for 50 years (from 1982 - Ambrose Alli) before producing governor. Do not tell me about Osinbor, that does not count.
Shaibu should finish his term, seek to replace Oshomole at the Senate in 2027, thereafter look towards 2032 for governorship. He should learn from Okowa, who waited for Ibori and Uduaghan in Delta. |
