When are we picking the appointment letter?An Npower Health volunteer was called to report at Ugwunagbo L.G.A and was told to go to Umuahia for appointment letter on Tuesday13/12/2016.Is there anyone that received such call like this or have this info.

Just finished the verification.They requested for Name,ID No,Phone number,State of Origin,L.G.A of Residence,Place of you wish for Primary Assignment at Aba South L.G.A

Just moving out from Aba South L.G.A,No information with regards to Npower according to enquiries I made.A colleague at Umuahia South said that he was told to come back tomorrow being Friday that the list is still with the Governor.I believe by Monday,all should be set.

Yes he made sense but what of someone that has been searching for job and has no capital to start a business and has been shortlisted in the Npower program.Should he/she take the job?

If The Location Is Not Economically Viable

Do you run a business in a thriving city like Lagos, Ibadan or Enugu? What are your plans for your business if you join N-Power? What if N-Power takes you to places like Lokoja , Gusau or Bakassi where you cannot continue your business or do a side hustle? Think before you accept the job.


People are posted to the Local Government Areas they chose during registration.Please if you don't have a job,or means of raising money to start a business,don't reject this Npower opporutinity.Despite the meager nature of the stipend,it will help many youths.Many graduates are being paid 18000 naira in private schools,they teach from Monday to Friday and also run lesson sessions for the schools with such pay.The Npower stipend is poor but it will help many people,mostly those that are not working or looking for capital to start up a business.

Sorry for the initial post,you can't ignore the facebook or twitter linking page,Npower wants to advertise them,that's how it was programmed.Are you scared to link them to your social Network?

Yes,login to Http://npvn.npower.gov.ng ,then in your username type in your phone number while in your password type in your surname.
Most people may encounter the error signing in or invalid user name problem,the problem may lie from your surname which you can change to your other names before it opens.When the site opens click on your area "Npower Health" as an example then update your Bank account details with your BVN,the site would like to link you up through your twitter handle or facebook page but if you don't want you can ignore and move forward.

For those that want to relocate,exercise patience for now till you get your offer letter or endorsement to participate in the program,when things become clearer and well understood,then you can request for redeployment.I believe there should be a platform for redeployment but keep on writing them on their customer care mails,also all that want to redeploy should visit Npower Facebook page and bare your minds with respect to the redeployment issue.It will make them to give an update to that.

"For those in N-Power Teach/ Community, they are able
to access relevant training material from the N-Power
Portal that will prepare them to undertake their assign-
ments. All successful NPVC members are able to gain
access to content for learning employability skills such
as critical thinking and communication.

For N-Power Health, the National Primary Health Care
Development Agency will execute specific capacity
building exercises within the States, just as the Agri-
culture Extension Services Department in the Federal
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is re-
sponsible for N-Power Agro. Specific Information re-
garding training and induction will be provided in the
subsequent days".

NPOWER NEXT STEPS

WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
The Federal Government is partnering with all the States of the Federation and the Federal
Capital Territory through their Governors and relevant Focal Persons for the National Social
Investments Programme. As such, the respective list of successful applicants has been
shared with the States who are now responsible for deploying successful volunteers to their
primary places of assignment from Monday, 21st of November 2016. The primary places
of assignment will be primary schools, primary health care centres and State Agriculture
Development Project (ADPs) within the Local Government Centres. States are at liberty
to publicise the list of successful applicants within their jurisdictions and respective Local
Government Councils.
The engagement date for all successful N-Power Volunteer Corps members will be De-
cember 1st 2016.Successful applicants will be notified by SMS and E-mail from Saturday,
November 19th 2016. From Monday, November 21st 2016, all successful applicants are
required to go to Http://npvn.npower.gov.ng where they are expected to log in to their per-
sonal NPVC accounts and update their information as may be required. This NPVC account
will be the primary means of constant communication as well as a learning management
resource. Successful N-Power Volunteer Corps members must provide valid bank account
information for the purposes of payment of monthly stipends. Information regarding deploy-
ment will also be accessible on the N-Power web portal as soon as the States indicate the
primary places of assignment of each successful NPVC member.
To know the status of their applications, all applicants can check for their names on the
N-Power website (www.npower.gov.ng), the N-Power Facebook page or if possible contact
their respective State Focal Persons

I used a phone, at first you will submit the first form after that you will receive a mail. You will then login with your mail and password. After that you will be able to upload your pasport and fill your educational details

I've completed the forms and printed out but couldn't find apply button.I believe I am in order.

Also trying to add schools attended but the system is saying unable to add,try again.Why is it not adding?
