So sorry for falling sick on the day of your interview. At this level,it is the Federal Ministry of Finance under Voluntary Asset and Income Declaration Scheme(VAIDS) that is in charge of the interview you were invited,not NPOWER again.Npower posted an information with regards to that
"Vaids/N-Tax Update, Interview Process And Selection Criteria

N-Power commenced the 2017 Application on the 13th of June, 2017. N-Power Tax, a new category, was introduced to engage Volunteers enlisted via the N-Power application process as Community Liaison Tax Officers under the Voluntary Asset and Income Declaration Scheme (VAIDS). VAIDS is an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Finance (FMF) and the Joint Tax Board that encourages non-compliant taxpayers to voluntarily declare their correct income and assets and pay the appropriate tax, as well as, widen the tax net.

The VAIDS programme seeks to select 7,500 qualified N-Tax Volunteers who will undertake tax promotion, document review, record keeping, tax enquiries response, customer management, report writing, amongst others. On the 29th of June, 2017, the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, issued an Executive Order instituting VAIDS. VAIDS has a lifespan of 9 months commencing on the 1st of July, 2017.

As a result, the VAIDS N-Tax category will operate an expedited selection process separate from the General N-Power programme, N-Teach, N-Agro and N-Health. This would be facilitated directly by the Federal Ministry of Finance-VAIDS team.

In connection with this, all applicants are invited to note:
: • First, the 2- week extension of the N-Power application did not apply to VAIDS N-Tax. As of the 14th of July, application for VAIDS N-Tax closed with 229,245 applications. Only 186,904 applicants had their BVN and applications records matched and validated, as such were invited for the assessment tests.

• Secondly, the next phase is that of VAIDS N-Tax Physical Interviews to be conducted by the Federal Ministry of Finance VAIDS team across Nigeria. This process has since commenced by the published schedule from the Federal Ministry Finance VAIDS team. A physical verification of applicants will also be undertaken during this phase.

. • Those successful at this round will progress to the next phase of Assessment Interviews (in batches) which will hold, according to the Federal Ministry of Finance VAIDS team, at the Treasury Academy, Orozo, Abuja. Again, the Federal Ministry of Finance VAIDS team will contact successful applicants and invite them for this stage of interviews. This would culminate with a written assessment test.

The final stage is that of Selection and Deployment.

For ease of reference, please note the VAIDS/ N- TAX selection process:

You are not alone on this,The BVN validation continues, keep checking on it,definitely once your records correspond,you will log in successfully and write your test.

It has not been shifted,every body can not write on the same day,it is in batches.First batch is starting on 9th of August,2017 which is today.

Government should make npower permanent and increase their pay to normal civil service salary structure and you will see that the 1.2million applicants will reduce drastically to 200000 applicants.Npower volunteers that applied for this immigration job is above 80percent of the 1.2million applicants.

How can one check if he is shortlisted for the Ntax physical verification exercise. When is the exercise coming to other regions apart from Abuja and Lagos,or are every participants coming to Abuja for physical verification? Please throw more light.

Constitutionally, the president cannot be out of the country for more than 90 days else his seat will be declared vacant by the senate. And a new president will be made - I guess the Vice by right.

Ok, so its a few days to 90 days that the president is away. And all manner of dramas are bound to be played by the "born to rule" people. To make sure that power doesn't leave the North.

My observation is that the president is critically sick - at best. But they will manage to smuggle him into Nigeria. Snap him a picture or two siting on a table with bananas and smiling. Gbam! Next on the news: Buhari returns home for his presidential duties. Haters think Buhari is dead.

Or any other gabberish that distracts the attention of Nigerians.

Last last, the sit is still his. Well for a few days or weeks before he "goes back to London for check-up till his doctors allow him to come back". This usually happens few days to the expiration of 90 days

Then the cycle continues till ...... 2023. Who knows

@Serious minded people only. The following things will happen if the source I got is genuine:

a. Every candidate must score at least above average mark of 23. (51.1%) to be eligible for next stage. Shortlisting at this stage does not depend on experience hire or graduate trainee nor your state or course. Only d score

b. The next stage is d skill test. Shortlisting at this stage will not only take into account your score but also state, category, course and d no of positions.

c. The last stage of the recruitment is interview.

Though there will b political slot, nepotism and fallacy in d recruitment, however a very good amount of people will get d scholarship by merit.

DPR did not advertise for scholarship rather job vacancies.

Description
