Let see what we can do for each to get your laptop into shape again but before that i need you to answer few questions for me if you don't mind.

What windows are you using?

Uninstall Ucweb browser with a software called REVO. Revo is the 2nd best software in 2015/2016 that can uninstall any unwanted apps on your laptop/pc with no headache. Actually, embedded uninstaller that came with laptops/pcs ain't going to remove all the hidden file of a particular unwanted application like the uc-brower. So, when nxt you see some mad apps you don't fancy use revo uninstaller to Kick them out of your laptop or pc.

Repairing system.. follow this process;

Booting your computer under safe mode

update the graphic and windows driver and system drivers

remove any unwanted software and checkout for any virus or tool bar.

Good morning,

Try and charge it with another charger, if possible take your laptop to where you can get a new battery use it on your laptop and see what happen. I am also think your laptop died completely so give it time to store chargers but then it should power up without no issue after 10min to 20min max.

If all these doesn't work. I guess your last resort is to bring it in....
