Do you ask him questions that matter? Like why do kids die from hunger? Or why are we so doomed in this country? Or when will all this suffering and crying end? I guess not! People who claim to hear from the almighty just ask him for petty things concerning their own life alone.
I do and I have many answers that cannot be shared on social media or many will not believe if shared on social media, I just learn my lessond from those answers and move on. For example if I tell you nigeria s major problem is the colour of nigerian flag will you believe?

That's great to know.
My opinion is formed from not having met anyone with the true gift of hearing God.

It will be refreshing if you do have the gift.
Not to test your gift but to benefit from it, do pray about me and share your revelation about me. Especially concerning my past and my pressing decisions. Thanks
Lol, I don't even know you, i don't think I can do that since I've never seen you nor know your name. There must be some form of connection for that to happen, I think?

I don't know who poju is but if what u say is true then iam happy that we still have men of God that God still talks to. Tbh I don't trust a majority of big church owners, I feel that they are no longer In touch with God even though there initial beginnings was good. They give prophecies year in year out but are not prophecies rather they are predictions only.
You can Google the Poju Oyemade covid prediction, men of God are also human being with fault that doesn't mean they don't serve God genuinely. For me I think Adeboye should give central bank money to fund every nigerian account with hundred k for anyone who has less than that in their account. He can afford it and many of those pastor's and big men in Nigeria

This is a subtle attempt to keep believers hoping that if God can be speaking to Adeboye then they should keep hope alive that they will also start hearing God.
I remember when I was also praying to hear from God.

People hear their thoughts and attribute it to God speaking to them.
When what they hear in their thoughts works out they say it is God/Holyspirit.
But when it doesnt work out they say they didn't hear God but it was self talking to them.

How many times have guys claimed God told them you're their wife?
Or a ladies claimed God revealed that a guy they liked is their husband?

If people truly heard God by now they would have heard the mysteries behind the problems plaguing the church, individial families, and even Nigeria and the respective solutions.

Not mocking the dead but Adeboye or his daughter-in-law did not even hear God tell him hat his son would die. None of them did.
But he was hearing God telling him about traffic in Lagos. huh

Hearing God should be a gift for all Christians yet not one can be confirmed to hear God especially on crucial matters.
All we have are predictions that either come to pass or fail.

What differentiates predictions from hearing God is the depth of mystery being revealed. Not anything that can easily be guessed but actual something no one else could know being revealed.
Believe me people actually hear from God. The fact is the holy spirit will deal with you based on your personal need and if getting to the church on time is Adeboyes need the holy spirit will guide him to avoid traffic. When I was doing my masters program the holy spirit revealed all the questions that came out in the exams to me. I didn't see anything but I just knew exactly what will come out and what to read and it came out exactly like that. I used to be a church minister and I would see visions of what is going on in the life of my members and I would guide them according to what God revealed to me and it will be confirmed. As for nigeria's problems I know a solution to it that will make nigeria a developed nation but I don't know anyone in the seat of power to tell, this is not a joke

Na the question I wan ask. Y is it that none of them saw covid coming since God talks to them he would have given them a clue abt what is coming
Some of them saw it but couldn't decipher what it meant, at least I know Poju Oyemade saw it. Apart from that God will only reveal those things He want you to pray about and change , if God decided something must happen nobody will see it especially if it is His will and it's for a greater good or karma

I don't know how these Pentecostal pastors do it but even the Pope doesn't claim to hear from God. How do they do it?
I guess it's mostly gift from birth, if you now channel it to serving God and asking Him questions while listening to His answer you will hear. I hear the holy spirit regularly and even now that I'm a muslim I still ask for answers in prayers and I hear or see visions or dream about it. One can also pray for clear divine directions at all times. In Islam we say "Idina siratal mustakim" meaning God is the one that leads aright.

You speak of demonic and witchcrafts powers.
What about sicknesses and disease?
Muslims don't get sick, cripple, blind, deaf and dumb??
Most of those sicknesses are caused by satanic forces, the first thing I noticed when I reverted to Islam is that my monthly malaria typhoid treatment ceased, I rushed to google the country with the lowest rate of cancer and it was an islamic nation, the highest rate of cancer a Christian nation, apart from the revelations I had, I carried out many research before embracing Islam fully because I was very sceptical but I have been surprised at the goodness in Islam since. But like you said we also get sick because there are many things one can do that will make them not to gain the benefits of being a muslim and sicknesses can also be an act of God.

She is Yoruba and in Yoruba culture burial ceremony of a parent is the ultimate celebration especially when they are old. It is believed that if the person lived well and left children behind it is worthy of celebration not mourning, it's only when a young person dies we mourn and no celebration, if the person's children are still young it's also a tragedy, we don't celebrate such.

Obviously, there is a lot about Christianity and spiritual battles that you did not know before abandoning your faith.

Devil fights those who know the truth and are on the way to heaven. His captives are better left sedated.
In the midst of battles, God demonstrates his miraculous powers in Christianity.

Muslims giving silly excuses for not experiencing the power of God. False prophets and false teachers
No basis for your argument, you have no base for comparison while I have been in the two religion, Islam is the best thing that has happened to me so far, alhamdulilahi

A religion with no spiritual power....that does everything by physical strength and force.

God is a God of miracles, signs and wonders.
Who told you, Islam has more spiritual power than christianity will ever have, and I'm saying that from the point of view of someone who spent twenty years as a committed christian minister before converting to Islam. That Islam is not big on miracles is because it's hardly needed because the spiritual power inherent in Islam destroys and exterminate every demonic power be it idol power, familiar spirit, witchcraft powers, marine spirit, spirit husband, demonic forces etc, and all their works. Except you are not doing it right. Those are the things an average nigerian christian battle with and you will see a pastor's wife confessing to witchcraft and someone who truly have a heart for God and is committed will be possessed with demons and be doing deliverance up and down. There is a lot to Islam than many people will ever know but alhamdulilahi I'm a muslim, christianity is actually suitable for the whites not african with all our black heritage.

Everyone knows at least one of them. Why disown publicly, did Annie kill someone, why not try to talk to your sister or settle the issue

People here equating Taliban rule to Sharia law amazes me, it's convenient to blame Islam and Sharia law instead of using their brains. What about all those other islamic nations practicing Sharia law without unrest? Your prejudice and bias will not change what God has already perfected.

For me I think Bobrisky is the greatest motivation right now, imagine the fire inside of him that made him go from what he was to his image right now, imagine feminity that we took for granted how he fought tooth and nail to become a woman and celebrates womanhood everyday. I'm not talking about promiscuity but being on fire for what you believe in. Living life to the fullest, anytime I see him I just tell myself something is wrong with me, it's like many of us sleep walk through life while this person is on fire

That still doesn't make them right, imposing the father's God given right over his daughters is one of the most cruel absurdities have ever seen.

What happen to subjecting the case in the hands of good clerics who could talk sense into the father and have him give in willingly to give the daughters conveniency in their respective matrimonial homes?.
You think they haven't done that?, For your information islam teaches that your parents are your gateway to heaven and you must never offend them, no matter how religious you are or how big you are you must make your parents happy with you, I'm sure it would have taken a lot to arrive at the ruling by the court.
